Have applied hdfc fastag through online and made payment of Rs. 500 The reference number of the application is HFR066394. I have uploaded signed copy of the final document and rc/aadhaar and since then there is no update.
When I contacted fastag toll free number, she had no updates.
I, sent email to hdfc too, but their response speed is very slow and sarcastically, they are selling fastag, the device for speedy commuting.
