HDFC Bank — Unable to cancel IRCTC ticket booked through Payzapp app

Hi, I had booked below train tickets through HDFC bank's Payzapp app, but when I am trying to cancel the ticket, it is not loading the ticket for cancellation, due to which I have lost my Rs485/- for both the tickets. 1st ticket - PNR - [protected] - Amount - Rs 242.70 2nd Ticket - PNR - [protected] - Amount - Rs 242.70. The order details page is not loading, and there is no other way to cancel the ticket, we cannot cancel the ticket through IRCTC website as it says ticket not booked through IRCTC, please check merchant app used for booking the ticket. I am also facing the same issue due to which an amount of Rs. 2245.00 is at stake. I am not able to cancel the ticket and if this does not get resolved in a day, i will loose the whole amount. Please take matter into your hands and resolve it.

I had faced the same issue...

It can be cancelled through smartbuy site i.e. offers.reward360.in
Otherwise try for TDR filling subjected to irctc rules

Need to log in through payzapp mobile number
Then train transaction details and cancel the same
