Hi sir/madam,
I am chaitanya vinnakota resident of hyderabad, received the hdfc credit card with card ending no as 1098 on last week of aug 2018 based on my profile and my salary. I was worked with cognizant technology solutions india pvt ltd and unfortunately i lost my job in the company on sep 2019 due to sudden layoffs happened in the company due to cost cutting. So many employees were left their jobs including me. I had discussion with my hr on 5th sep 2019 and they relieved me on 13th sep 2019 which is very short notice period and they had given me some full and final settlement amount which i paid to the personal loan emi's, which i am having in hdfc bank, other credit cards, (Hdfc credit cards as minimum amount) and i am trying for another job in another company. I am jobless and i am completely based on my monhtly salary for all needs. They had given credit card based on my company and my profile as i was lost my job from the company and tried to explain the situation they are not responding me. So that i am putting this issue in the consumer forum. I am getting lot of calls (As they are saying system generated) from hdfc bank regarding payments. I completely based on my monthly salary and i am not doing any job to adjust the amount. I am seriously trying for another job in some other mnc. I will definitely pay their amount once if i receive the new job until i request consumer forum to give me sometime and advise hdfc to dont call again and again. Especially hdfc bank (Both personal loan and credit cards) are torchuring me a lot for payments. Where should i get and adjust the amount for them. I already informed my situation very clearly to both hdfc credit card and hdfc personal loans. Still they are forcing me for the payments. I am also attaching my resignation letter from my company for your information.in this regards, i request consumer forum to give me time till i will get the new job.
Thanks & regards
Chaitanya vinnakota
