[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — unable to transfer money from account

I have recently opened new savings account in HDFC bank.
From past two days unable to transfer money from hdfc to other account using IMPS as well all the UPI apps.
My money has been blocked not able to do anything,
Tried calling customer care many times, all they are telling is everything from their side is fine .
Even wrote multiple mails
Not statisfied with the customer support at all.

This is the worst service of any bank I have used .
Imagine having this issue when there is an emergency.
Customer service is not giving real solution

I am getting the following message when doing IMPS :
We regret to inform you that we could not complete your transaction. For more details, please contact your nearest HDFC Bank Branch, or our PhoneBanking service. You can also write to us at : https://leads.hdfcbank.com/applications/webforms/apply/HDFC_CustomerCenter/Custo...

I am getting this error when doing UPI transaction:
Payment declined : try another bank account or call your bank

Thinking of closing my account in HDFC.

It was happening because no transactions are allowed for 24 hours after registering for third party payments. Strange customer care did not inform me about this.
HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Kindly provide me the Hdfc credit card no objection certificate as I have done the closing fully and clear my accounts from the cibil it's been more than a 2weeks that I requesting for my noc. Kindly provide the Noc on as soon as possible.
