[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Unable to unblock my netbanking and mobile banking account | |
Hi Team, My customerid is[protected]. I received a message to my phone that my netbanking is blocked on 22nd July, 2021. I immediately called to customer care and as per their suggestion, I visited the branch located at this addess - Hig 88/1, opp. Bpcl Petrol Bunk, MVP Colony, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh 530017. They took my details and verified the issue. Did not find any solution, made me call to the customer care again. And, the customer care suggested me to send an email to [protected]@hdfcbank.com which I did. I sent an email to [protected]@hdfcbank.com. The reference number is 'HBL=[protected]'. They replied the email after 2 days saying that "please submit your requirement at a nearest HDFC Bank, through a written letter, for NetBanking activation". I again visited the branch located at the address "D No 8/1/63/24, PN 29, Gr Flr, Waltair Ward, Nauka Nagar, Visakhapatnam-530003". They just said that they will look into it. I am not sure if it will be even done. This account is my salary account. If my account is blocked, I will not get my salary nor make any other transactions. Inspite of visiting the branch multiple times and calling to customer care, no one is looking into the issue. Was this information helpful? | |

I am Jagtar Singh and i got message on 22.12.2023 stating that your address change request letter is undeliverable please visit your nearest HDFC BAnk branch and avoid blocking of your account after the message my all type of transactions got blocked. I am unable to use phone banking, net banking. ATM transactions all are blocked.
I went to Ramghat road branch of HDFC Bank, Aligarh. They asked me to write a letter to branch manager to unblock my account so i did the same but even till today my account is blocked. So on 28/12/23 i again visited the branch but they are showing my account as regular and noone is able to understand my problem so finally they lodged my complaint again though we tried to call the person who has solved my problem according to him in HDFC bank but he never picks phone neither called back.
So my second complaint is lodged and its request number is 38083278.
Now in the evening i got the message that please enjoy your newly activated account but still the problem is same as early. My salary also disbursed in this account and so other EMI;s but now nothing is happening and i am afraid that my salary will also be reveresed so now I have only option to look for another account in any other different bank and let this account remain blocked forever because HDFC is not a very good bank when it comes to serve its customers. Staff is literaly doesnot know anything.
My R-KYC is also done but problem is as it is.
So thank you HDFC for your "services" . I am out and keep my blocked account in your database forever.
If anybody else is also reading my comment please dont hope for help from HDFC BANK opt for any other bank don't waste your time .

i jagtar singh also facing the same issue i also wrote letter but they are unable to unblock my account and my salary is just to disburse but due to this problem i now have only one option to opt out for another bank account and let hdfc bank account blocked.
