I require a cheque book urgently. but I have recently shifted my home to a new place. When I tried to apply online the cheque book can only be sent to old address. So I tried to change/update my address. but when ever I update my address, it says "PIN is not correct " . I Tired with all the browsers IE, Chrome, firefox and all unsuccesfull. So I tried reachin AVADI HDFC branch and request of Address change and they request to go to the T nagar branch(home branch).
HDFC fix your website issue. When I checked with Phone banking they say certain customer are facing this issue and asking me to go to branch. I was in impression the HDFC was very convenient and make life easy. I have to spend my valuable time to go from branch to branch for change my address. All the Good I am trying to do is update my Address. I own a Credit card and loan with HDFC and you guys should actually get the customer address updated at their convenience..
