[Resolved] HDFC Bank — unable to use gift card on any e-commerce website | |||
I received a gift card from my friends and i have experienced the worst times of all in placinng an order worth 500 rs also amazon site. I did a transaction and the amazon page says that the transaction failed. Got a message from the hdfc bank that the amount has been deducted. Not sure even if i will get the money back or not. Even worst, there is no way you can write an email to hdfc bank if you do not have an account with them and you just have a gift card received by others. Was this information helpful? | |||
