Hi team Name: Nilesh Salunkhe bank: HDFC bank fc road Pune, maharashtra Ifsc code: HDFC0000103 Branch: PUNE - FERGUSSON COLLEGE ROAD date of incident: 6th and 7th oct 2018 customer Id bank:[protected] HDFC Customer despute complaint no: MUMP[protected] Amount has been deducted: 78000 Incident happened with me in last week from my hdfc account total 78000 has been debited against Flipkart transactions which was I never done. those transactions done on 6th and 7 th Oct 2018 and i got to know when i logged in mobile app of bank then strait way i went to the bank and they given me some customer dispute form. I have filled and submitted same. After that I have filled complaint in Cyber crime(not FIR). also called flipkart and told all transaction details to cancel it. after 1 day I have received some amout its around 28k by flipkart. flipkart sent me 1 mail which states that whatever transaction were pending those only they cancelled so they given refund. but orders which were delivered already those they cant refund they will give that info to police. on date 16 Oct 2018 After flipkart mail received me, I again went to cyber crime they checked that flipkart didn't replied yet which mail they already sent on 8th Oct to flipkart regarding fraud transactions on my account. When I am going bank there employee saying that our team will contact you nothing in our hand. when i am calling hdfc pnone bankers they are saying our team is investigating the issue. In my case i didn't share any pin otp to anybody. I have opened account in month of April 2018 so that debit card has chip so its too secure. So my quetion is will I get my money back which is remaining 50k? Cyber crime officer is saying that bank has to give your money if you haven't share any otp or pin. waiting for you reply/guidance to proceed. Thanks in advance. Was this information helpful? | |||
