[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Unauthorized credit card charges | |||
I was using this card as there employee requested me. I was using this card and was ready to pay, infact always paid more than its due. Later i was stopped getting reminders and just one email use to come of statement. I use to more amount but since it goes through bill desk and bank use to put extra charges as late payment. Later when tried to reem points i was unable to go. I asked customer care but didn't got feasible response from customer care for charges and all. They called me to increase my credit limit also but when i refused so they stopped sending me message. I stopped using card and when i got call from them i asked them to collect cheque since my net banking was not working. When executive collected all amount due and confirmed now there will be no charge. After four month i got call from bank bcoz i did online complain that i had lost my card and getting message for amount due and now they want me to pay 3000 rs else they will send notice and will impact my cibil. Not really sure if calls made by executives are monitored. Was this information helpful? | |||
