HDFC Bank — Unauthorized Debit Transactions from My HDFC Account Urgent Action Required

I am writing to raise an urgent complaint regarding unauthorized debit card transactions from my HDFC account.
On 20th October 2025, a total of nine (9) unauthorized debit transactions were carried out on my HDFC account linked to my debit card ending with 0045. Each transaction was approximately ₹330–₹354, totaling around ₹3, 100–₹3, 200.
These transactions are reflected on my ATM mini statement printed on 21st October 2025, from the SBI ATM at Hospital Chowk, Bhilai (Term ID: S1BW[protected]. The statement shows the transactions marked as “ASD D”, which I did not authorize or initiate.
No SMS, email, or alert was received for these debits, and I only discovered the issue after checking my balance and printing the statement.
I request immediate assistance from HDFC and relevant authorities to:
Investigate these unauthorized transactions.
Reverse/refund the debited amount of approximately ₹4, 000 to my account.
