HDFC Bank — Unauthorized deduction of 5,000 resulting in negative balance

HDFC Bank has deducted an amount of ₹5, 000 from my account without any prior intimation, consent, or valid reason. Due to this unauthorized deduction, my current account balance is showing –₹5, 000.
I have not initiated any transaction, charge, or request that justifies this deduction. No clear explanation, alert, or breakdown of charges has been provided by the bank. This action has caused financial inconvenience and mental stress.
I request HDFC Bank to:
Immediately explain the reason for this deduction
Reverse the deducted amount of ₹5, 000
Restore my account balance to the correct amount
If the issue is not resolved at the earliest, I request appropriate action as per consumer protection rules.
