[Resolved] HDFC Bank — unauthorized transactions

EMI for someone's loan account#51225505 is getting deducted from my Savings account#[protected]. this happened 3 times and a sum of Rs.17, 706.00 had go deducted from my account. Due to this, my account was in negative balance and my EMI's got bounced and I had faced many personel issues. I spoke to the Customer care executive and they said the other account is blocked and there will not be any unauthorized transaction. Executive also assured me that the amount will be refunded in 7 working days.After few days, a refund of Rs. 5624 had credited to my account. But the very next day, a sum of Rs.5624 had deducted from my account towards the loan account#51225505.

I need the amount to get refunded in 2 days and I want the bank to wave-off all the bouncing charges. I am attaching the bank statement balance . Please have a look and resolve this issues as soon as possible.
