Dear team i have account with hdfc bank on name vikas sharma [protected] .
I received offer for classic raising for account in my betbanking and i submitted consent for same .
Last month i was issued debit card i was told that it is free with no annual fee but i charged 3000 inr for same .
This month again approx 3000 inr / today deducted from my account on name of aqb chages although i was maintaining balance in my account this is totally unethical .
How you guys can deduct my amount from my account . I was not informed about amb charges or debit charges .
This is misselling .
6000in on name of charges is unthinkable.It is scam on name of charges
Please resolve else i am going tosue you guys in banking ombudsman as well in consumer forum .
