Hi hdfc bank,

I'm holding card number [protected] could you please release my funds holded in hdfc bank account so that i can make payment of hdfc credit card & there is lot of dependency on this bank account personal loan & vehicle loan & some other emi's are configured request you to unhold my account immediately so that i can continue my relation with bank

Note: to pay full amount of credit card i'm not having bulk funds now i've tried to reach[protected] but no response

HDFC Bank Customer Care's response Dear Customer,

We invite your attention to our Card Usage Guide where it is clearly mentioned that the Bank, at any time and without notice, will have a right of lien and set off on all monies belonging to the card member standing to their credit in any account whatsoever with the bank or in the possession or custody of the bank. In the absence of any further payment towards your card account, the Bank had placed a lien on your savings account towards your credit card dues. We request you to contact our Debt Management officers at[protected] / 49187504 with regard to your credit card outstanding or for any further clarifications.
