[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — UPI blocked for security reasons

My HDFC Bank upi is blocked for security reasons so then I cannot make any transactions. I have contacted my HDFC branch and also customer care but they cannot help me to get through this. kindly resolve this as soon as possible. My registered number is [protected] and my account no. is [protected]

I opened new account recently in HDFC bank Account number [protected]' however after 3 days of transactions bank has blocked my UPI id for unknown reasons whereas nothing has been violated as confirmed by customer care & other banking executives as the same has been cross checked several times. Now it has been more than 12 days since no transactions are happening via UPI id so far, apart from this transactions are not happening even via IMPS & debit transactions are not happening via UPI, when contacted the branch for assistance the personal bankers shown reluctant attitude towards issue even after contacting UPI department nobody shown interest as they told that they have no knowledge & expertise in the same how can they answer like this?? & kept on redirecting here & there; can we expect this kind of attitude from PRIME BANK LIKE HDFC?? nobody was taking the responsibility for the raised issue
I even contacted [protected]@hdfcbank as well as given numbers but nobody is giving satsfactory solutions as the hdfc staff seems to be themselves confused & very less knowledge

how to maintain average monthly balance of Rs. XXX if transactions are blocked UPI & IMPS
please try to solve this on priority basis as it is hampering the business
