HDFC Bank — Urgent Complaint: Delay in De-freezing My Account Despite GST Penalty Clearance

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the unnecessary delay in de-freezing my account, despite having completed all required formalities and submitted relevant documents well within the stipulated time.

My account was frozen on 15th October 2025 due to a pending GST penalty. The said penalty was paid in full on 23rd October 2025, and a confirmation email from the Superintendent, GST Department was sent to Mr. Shaishav Kavdia, HDFC Bank Manager, Malviya Nagar Branch, Jaipur (email: [protected]@hdfcbank.com
) on 27th October 2025.

Despite the confirmation being shared and the standard TAT of 24 hours having passed, my account remains frozen. I have repeatedly contacted Mr. Kavdia, but I have only received assurances without any actual resolution or progress.

This delay has caused significant inconvenience, and I request that my account be de-frozen immediately. If the issue is not resolved and registered by end of the day today, I will be compelled to escalate the matter further by submitting a formal complaint to the Banking Ombudsman (Lokpal).

I would appreciate a prompt response and confirmation of action taken.
