[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — **urgent** credit card not received

Hi,

My previous credit card is stolen so i filed it as lost few months back. I received a message saying it has due. When i check the same in net banking there was no due on the card. Also it shows a new credit card has been assigned to me and has ₹7 due. I dint receive new credit card yet. How could it have due already? Tried contacting many agents and hdfc manager. My issue is not yet resolved. Contact me asap

Dear Customer,

Your HDFC Bank card ending 0883 has been blocked as lost basis your request placed to our Bank Representative on call. Accordingly, your card account details has been transferred to the new credit card ending 2982. However, a physical plastic of new credit card was not depatched to your mailing address since you had not placed request for card reissuance at that time of blocking your credit card account. The card account was active hence bank charges have been levied on the card account.

During bill payment of hdfc credit card, the transaction is showing pending.

I had booked a train ticket from Paytm on March 29 but it spread but amount has been debited from my account and till now my refund has not come in my account.

The mobile number is invalid in which I have sent the money .Are you verify whether the number is registered or not in paysapp.
What to do for Monday back.
Today, I verify my CIBIL SCORE and I found that one credit card issue at my name which is 000405XXXXXXXXX613 and shown that current balance is 69, 669.00 at[protected] and overdue amount is 0.00.

Dear team,

I have applied for priority pass for credit card on 14th March 2019 but there is no news about the same.. Does it take so long for the priority pass... I need it in next 2 days as I am travelling.

No response from HDFC to multiple emails and calls. Why is your securities ekycteam sleeping for weeks to get things moving?

Hi recently i got my HDFC credit card, while i am trying to generate my credit card PIN i dint get any OTP to my register mobile number. and i reached to customer support they said to raise a complaint regarding this, so please do the needful ASAP.
