HDFC Bank — Urgent Request: Refund for Failed EMI Transaction Booking ID: IF[protected]

I was attempting to book a flight ticket through Ixigo under Booking ID: IF[protected] and mistakenly selected the EMI payment option using my HDFC debit card. However, the transaction failed because online payments were not enabled on my debit card at that time.

Since the booking did not go through, I proceeded to book the tickets through my husband instead. Despite the failed transaction, the loan amount of ₹10, 449 was still deducted from my account in three EMIs.

I have made multiple calls to both the Ixigo support team and my HDFC Relationship Manager, including their reporting manager, but I have not received any resolution. I also followed up via email with Ixigo, and they confirmed that the ticket under Booking ID: IF[protected] was never successfully booked and that no payment was received from HDFC Bank.

It has now been over three weeks, and I have still not received any confirmation—neither a call nor an email—regarding the refund or status of the deducted amount.
