For the 6 to 8 months, i have been receiving calls very frequently from various hdfc agents for product offers. I am surprised how many such agents exits for hdfc. I would have blocked those mobile numbers nearly 50 numbers in the last 4 months. Inspite, i get repeated calls from different numbers which is frustating. Is it not possible to track details of calls where customer is unwilling after repeated calls and make do not disturb settings.
I have hdfc sip and just because my mobile number is registered with you, i do not think, you guys can misuse for promotional calls. If this is the not the case, then i am surprised how do so many agents call my number frequently and disturb. This makes me not to keep any transaction with hdfc in future.
