HDFC Bank — Vouchers received through Reward points aren't working.

Dear HDFC,

I have withdrawn Rs. 4000 worth of 'W' outlet vouchers by redeeming 16000 points accrued from my credit card spendings. These vouchers were delivered on 13-Dec-21 and they will expire on 26-04-22.
I have since gone to multiple 'W' exclusive outlets to redeem these vouchers, but the vouchers failed to work every single time. I raised multiple complaints regarding this through phone calls to [protected] and mails to ERIN-assist.[protected]@edenred.com. So far, I have not received any meaningful help from them. They haven't sent me any new vouchers nor they communicated with me about fixing the existing vouchers. All I hear from them is that they will get back to me. BUT THEY NEVER CALL BACK. This is the worst kind of customer care experience I have ever faced in my life. Initially they responded to may emails, but now they just don't care to reply anything. They are completely ghosting mine and my wife numbers. Whenever they do attend our calls, they tell us that their supervisor/manager will call us back with support. But that's just blatant bluffing.

The HDFC rewards team is the most inefficient and utterly incompetent group that I ever had to face. Its been close to four months but yet they themselves never gave any kind of support in this matter. I did receive a few calls from the 'W' outlets who asked us to visit the showroom to check the validity of the vouchers once again, but they never worked. We made three such visits and shopped for few clothes only to see ourselves disappointed with the amazing support offered by both 'W' and HDFC rewards teams.

And now, as per HDFC terms & conditions, once the vouchers expire, they won't provide any kind of support. So, its the customer's responsibility to consume the vouchers within the expiry date, which sadly we won't be able to.

I am writing my complaint here as a last resort option to get some meaningful assistance from them. If I don't get that, I will definitely go to Consumer Court to file my complaint with all the evidence I gathered through my phone calls and call logs and emails. I am not going to let this go easily.
