    [protected], at 13;01 approx i made a payment(through paytm QR code, exam fee of college 3120 Rs) amount has deducted but transection has failed. please refund the ammount as soon as possible, i am a student, dependent on my parents(retired).

      Dear team,
      My name is Vaibhav Goyal (V15188) .I worked as Teller in Sukhdevpura Branch, Jaipur, My last working day was on 27th january 2022.
      From last three month i am struggling for my reliving letter .A numbers of times i visited to my last branch and received revert that due to system glitch same is not submitted at supervisor level .Now after even four month no one is even triying to provide same .
      Such a pathetic service from Such a good bank.
      You team is not understanding i have to submit same to my new organisation .I had done all formalities from my side then why u team harrasing me for same with no fault at my end...i have provided each and everything several times...

      Please consider this as final request .If still not resolved then i will go to another legal platform for same .

        To generate pin I have to enter 2 OTP. now the problem is 3 digit otp comes to the registered number but the email never arrives, i dunno why is it happening.

            I have bought my iphone13 with hdfc bank debit card on 14/12/2021 in Imagine Store, Mantri Mall, Bangalore. As mentioned by hdfc bank (To receive cashback of 6000 within 120 days from the transactional month end) i haven’t received my cashback till now, it is more than 120 days. I have asked in Imagine Store but they said to check with bank. Hope this issue gets resolved and cashback will be credited as soon as possible.

                The hdfc bank has put a hold on my funds of rupees 236.44 as mi revenue hold through gefu, account details is

                The customer service is not able to give any info on this.
                First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a a lot of time and the ivr options are very difficult and tricky to navigate, after all the effort the customer service is not helpful.

                    I am your customer from more then 10-11years.
                    But today i want to say that HDFC bank is the most unorganized, unprofessional and irrelevant bank i have ever seen.
                    Its not like i am a person who don't know about BANKING but i am working in the bank field under RBI so my concepts for INDIAN BANKING is pretty clear.
                    So my story is my brother took the education loan for HDFC BANK(unfortunately). I am a CO_BORROWER in that loan. Now at the time of EMI they last time tried to charge from my brother bank(BOI BANK) but due to any reason they haven't received the money so they deduct that loan email from my brother Salary Account bank which is again unfortunately HDFC BANK and also put HOLD on the BANK.
                    Not only that they deduct that EMI on my personal HDFC BANK too(i am a co-borrower) then also and also put my BANK on hold. This is how the great system of this HDFC BANK work.
                    There is something more..
                    If anyone want to talk to HDFC customer care its near to impossible. You can even connect to our honorable PM more easily in comparison with the hdfc bank customer care and luckily if call connect they can never hear your voice.

                          My HDFC Regalia Credit is charging unauthorized EMIs in the name of OFFUS EMI since Aug 2021.

                          While checking my credit card statement it is observed that some arbitary loan @18% interest has been activated in my credit card since Aug 2021.
                          Tried to reach out to the Customer card but they have removed this facility.

                          I want all my money back that has been deducted illegally .

                            OTP not coming on email

                            Hi, Ive been trying to log into my netbanking account. Tried to reset the Ipin through email and sms OTP. The OTP is coming on the SMS but not on email even after multiple attempts. Please help resolve asap as im not able to access my account....

                            I paid my hdfc credit card bill amount of rupees 6, 337 via netbanking on 04-apr-2022 10:46 AM, as I thought bill was not deducted via Auto Pay.
                            But in afternoon when I check my account & I got to know that amount of rs. 320 has been deducted from my savings account.
                            As per talked with my RM it is charge of autopay was initiated and due to non - availability of sufficient funds a payment

                              I have resigned on 10th of September 2021 because I have hernia and jaw problem for which I have to operate as soon as possible. My last working day was 16th September and after that I have operated for the same and the same reports has been shared with HR and supervisor.

                              After my hernia operation, I was not allowed to travel and the total time which needs to travel from my home to office is 4 hours...

                              It is about renting my house in Bangalore. Ad was posted in 99acres and received Interested notification through SMS by a Person who claimed to be CISF asst. Subinspector.

                              He contacted me on 2nd Apr 2022 and requested details of properry. He confirmed tenancy and shared all Aadhar card, Pan card, CISF ID card and also Family picture. He Mentioned that he has been transferred duty from Ahmedabad airport to Bangalore Airport and would be moving in within 10 days with family.

                              Today (3rd Apr 2022), he made whatsapp call to connect with CISF accounts department to release HRA deposit.

                              I believed on him as thinking of an army person and his talking manners seems like of an army person. I have clicked on transactions of payment of amount Rs.[protected] two times) through Paytm. But later found this a fraud.

                              Ihave lodged complaint at my Bank, HDFC Bank and investigation is on-going. I have demanded to have video call on whatsapp hence i have captured fraudsters picture. He was dressed in CIS[censored]NIFORM. His picture must be shared in all national media to capture this person if possible. I will also update cybercrime complaint details here latest stage.

                              PayTM has directed the complaint to the HDFC Bank, I am Hopimg quick solution to revert the fraud transaction occured. THANK YOU

                                I had access the airport lounge using the priority pass given to HDFC regalia credit card users on the 2nd DEC 2021 in Mumbai airport and 5th Dec 2021 in Bangalore airport. I have used it only two times when the complimentary lounge access is 6 times, yet I have been charged for both the lounge access on my credit on MAR 29 2022. I have been charged 2094.93 per each lounge access. Thats totally 4, 189.86. It came to as a shock to spot these hidden deductions on credit card as they were not notified to me with any sms or email. I kindly request them to refund the incorrectly charged fee and also compensate me the inconveniences caused due to unnecessary stress and for wasting my time in resolving this issues which caused due to they're lack of care and service for their customer.

                                  HDFC FOREX | Unauthorized handling of customer funds in FOREX PREPAID CARD
