HDFC Bank — waive of non maintenance charge

Hi
I had a salary account with hdfc bank which got convorted into savings account. When i left my job in april 2018 hdfc charged me the penalty of non maintenance and now my balance is showing in negative. As of now the charges are rs - 7125.

I was unable to reach my home branch in gurugram as i belong to jharkhand and was unable to find any other option regarding the same through netbanking and phone banking to close my account.

Kindly waive off the non maintenance charge so that i can avail the facilities of salary account again.
