I have booked an FD on 2nd-July-2020 through netbanking,
FD account number is [protected], ( customer id[protected]
saving account number is = [protected] (HDFC bank, Aundh branch, Pune)
now the issue is while i am trying to break this FD then i am unable to liquidate it because it is TAX saving FD and i can not break it before 5 years. by mistake i have booked it as TAX saving FD, i have an emergency medical issue and needs FD fund to resolve it. please help me to liquidate above mentioned FD, i need funds for medical emergency.
i even do not have enough money to pay my child's school fees. i will have to commit suicide if you will not help me in this economical crisis.
considering lack of product knowledge you should close my FD account and credit back the amount to savings account.
