HDFC Bank — Welcome Kit of PPF account

Hi team,

I have opened a PPF account online and got assigned to ANNA NAGAR I branch. I don't even know where the branch is.

Earlier they dispatched the welcome kit on my old mailing address but I moved from that address so the kit was returned back.

I want my welcome kit for PPF account on my updated mailing address.

I have visited the nearest branch but it was not helpful.

They said visit your home branch which is in Pune. I am changing my home branch to Nagpur and requested them to send me the welcome kit on my updated address.

But they said you have to visit home branch. Its not the solution in this pandemic situation.

I have called customer care and emailed to hdfc contact support but no reply from team.

Please help me to get the welcome kit of my account.
