      I have purchased an iphone 12 in the month of December with hdfc credit card. There was an offer of 6000 rs cashback on hdfc credit card which will be recived after 90 days. Its been 3 months now but i have not recieved my cashback yet. I have proper bills and everything, please help

        As to inform all for the above subject, From HDFC Bank Tumkur, I am taking a Bike Loan on Feb 2017 Bike Number KA06-EY-0495 on these Loan was not able pay the all EMI ontime, due to Job issues & Covid 19 Pandemic in these reason I am received high Pressure from HDFC Bank & EMI Collective agency have Harassed & Forced to pay the pending EMI, Due to these pressure I decided to sell my Bike & Gone for settle the Loan, I sold the Bike on Feb 2021 & Taken the money from the Borrower to pay the All pending EMI on as I called the Bike Collective agent to process the settlement for the Bike but on that month they not processed for Settlements they convinced me to Pay the EMI for the month of Jan & they informed as we will process the Settlement on Feb, As per there statement I paid the EMI & on feb after most of the Follow-up’s they given the settlement letter & They informed you will get NOC for these bike within a week, I am taken the money from Bike borrower and paid 41000 to HDFC Collective agent on 18/02/2017 & same confirmed for those guy as NOC Will get in HDFC Bank in a week, In Feb after a Week I visited the Bank they told we will releasing the NOC I need to send a mail & Need to come after 3 days, Same visited after 3 days they told NOC Was blocked from other HDFC Team (Credit card) Need to pay all the outstanding amount to get NOC for these & they not responded correctly they informed me to call Customer care, On that same day I called cx care they told we will release the NOC and Taken KYC Details & informed me as you will get NOC in a Post in a week, Same I am waited for a week not received the NOC after that called the CX Care another team said the NOC was Blocked & Need to clear the outstanding amount, From Many days I am trying to get the NOC to transfer the Bike to the Bike Borrower but Bank was not responding & Given False information to settle the amount & Now Blocked the NOC, As per Motor vehicle act 1988 sec 48 the Bank need to give NOC to the owner to transfer the vehicle, If the Hypothecation was closed . since that day the bike was not used from the borrower due to still RC/Bike transfer not done, Request all Please Release the NOC to transfer the ownership of vehicle.

          I hold a salary account with HDFC Navrangpura, Ahmedabad branch.
          My account is showing MIREVENUE HOLD THROUGH GEFU Amount Rs 5.37 held by the bank. I don't have any loans and there are no EMI transactions for any outstanding loans. In the month of February 2021,
          I submitted a complaint through the same channel and it was forwarded to the bank for resolving my issue.
          As of today, my issue hasn't been resolved and my money is still kept on hold by the bank.
          I'm registering my complaint and requesting you to please prioritize my request and provide me with faster resolution to my query and release the amount held by the bank s8nce two months.

            Sir I am BRIJMOHAN With HDFC Credit Card Number [protected]. I Got My Monthly statement today. In that one deduction MER EMI, LOAN Ruppees 18691 was deducted. I never did this. Kindly look into the matter at the Earliest . This is totally wrong on your part to deduct such big amount. I ordered one product from FLIPKART and availed EMI for same amount that you charged along with EMI. The Amount which I converted to EMI is also Charged

              HDFC bank sent me a credit card but I couldn't receive. I got a message that your card has been returned to bank. But after few days I received another message that bill is generated for the card which I have to pay.

                NetBanking blocked

                There was a transaction in my bank account. I called customer care about that transaction. But customer care considered it as a fraud and blocked my account. But i had called to query not to block my account. So now my hdfc a/c is locked. Debit card is blocked.net banking is blocked.

                I visited bank to enable my account and net banking and to apply a debit card. They asked me to fill a form. I did. As per them i will get my...

                    I was holding a HDFC Credit card 6 years ago. From the year 2016, I have been in my village now and was not using the credit card. I dropped my Credit card in the HDFC ATM BANK draft box. Because since it's my salary account and my company closed at that time With out paying last 3 month salary. I informed about this to customers care But nobody's helped me to get it's close the account. Now in CIBIL, the card shows active. And after 5 years later am getting a continue call from the bank and asking for pay the amount more than (1 lack 20 thousand rupees.)& received notice also.                       I am not able to pay my credit card bill because of my company his shed down with out paying 3 month salary. Now its very difficult to live only. And also i stopped using credit card from last 06 year and am not received any single bill copy or mail copy but now people start calling & forcing me to pay the very big amount of bill which am not used that much, and also almost they deducted from my account more then i used credit card, i called many time customer care people they also not helping to the canceled the card, now i sincerely requesting to you cancel my credit card and due the need full please,

                        I had a salary account in HDFC in 2017.i left the job due to some personal issue and had to settle in home town..later the salary account got converted to savings account without any prior information..now the negative balance is -7300.and each month 600 is charged due to non-maintenance.i am not able to go to the home branch it is far away from my place and my family condition doesn't allow me to go now..I have not used that account since 2 years and it feels inconvenient to have a dormant account..acc to RBI guidelines bank shouldn't impose penalty on inactive accounts..I am not able to pay such large amount as I am not financially able..please waive off the negative amount so that I can close that account in any nearest local branch, because with negative balance they can't help me to close the account..

                            Hdfc bank first without informing/warning me, they converted my salary account to saving account. And then after that they charges 600rs. Per month as charges for non manintainence minimum balance. Total negative balance till now( from april 2019) is more than 7000rs.
                            Company opened my salary account in hdfc(as per their rules that bank account should be in hdfc) after 1 month (june 2019) i left my job and start concentrating my further studies then after some month hdfc start charging 600rs. Per month. I visit my home branch noida (hdfc branch c-25 stellar it park, noida) but they also didnt help me regarding this.
                            How can a bank change my salary account to saving account just to charges non maintenance of minimum balance without my consent and without informing me? (But they didn't forget to remind me 600rs. Charged every month)
                            PLEASE, GIVE ME JUSTICE.
                            Now i am requesting to hdfc please close my bank account completely as i am not able to maintain minimum balance in bank account.

                            More than 11 days of my complain...but i get no resolution...pls help sir as my charges increasing 600per month by hdfc. Pls see the seriousness of the complain and my situation as these continuously giving me a headache and mental disturbance.

                              My daughter had a minor account with HDFC Bank. She turned 18 years in October 2020 so the bank has blocked my daughter's account without any prior information. We visited the branch (Shastri Nagar - Delhi) on 4th March 2021 and submitted all the necessary documents for KYC of my daughter for the conversion minor's account to major account. We were told that we will receive banking kit within 2-3 days but it has been more than 10 days and we have not received any kit or any information regarding the same. The account is still blocked. We tried contacting the branch but we got no response from them. Then, we tried customer support and they said that they have no information for the same except that this account is blocked.

                                I have bought an iphone 11 from iTech Patna on 24/11/2020 using hdfc card .I was entitled to receive a cashback of Rs 5000 within 120 days from the date of purchase .its been more than 120 days but I haven’t received any cashback.pls help me out here .

I received sms saying my account status has been successfully changed to active. But when i do online transaction, following is the message received with transaction failure: there is a memo present on the debit account, transaction declined

                                      I applied for home loan under NRI category at Pune Baner office.
                                      Did verification of all mandatory documents in person at Baner office.
                                      HR verification done, home verification done, 7 months salary slips, overseas bank statements, 7 months NRE bank account statement, clear loan history all, done.. Still hdfc is not approving home loan..

                                      They should not waste genuine people time and money..
                                      HDFC should refund entire loan fee and some compensation for 3 months as I could have approached another bank and got things done. Mr.Grish and his team is not professional at all, probably following hidden agenda for HDFC to capitalize on non-refundable home loan fee.. Indian Government should take note of these hidden things which big companies like hdfc is doing in India..
