Hi,

I have request HDFC Bank to transfer my PPF account on 11th Jan 2021 from HDFC Magarpatta Branch to Axis Bank till today it not been actioned.

I visited so many time to understand why its delay or not actioned they are not sharing an update by themself over phone, last time when I visited the branch I came to know that my PPF transfer request was rejected because details are mentioned on the application however I have wrote the application after confirming with Bank official sit in the branch & 2 weeks back when I visited the branch they asked to write new applcation & mentioned it will take 7 working day to complete the process but till today I haven't heard back from them.

I tried calling their branch number - [protected] but no one answered it.
Now i am not sure what shall I do to get this sorted at the earliest.

I am really fed up with HDFC Bank customer service they are just harassing customer in one way or another
I asked for closing my Credit Card & submit the form on 1st Feb 2021, lady sitting at the helpdesk seat mentioned it will take 1 week to close the card however it more than 3 weeks to action it.

Another issue o[censored]nauthorised transaction of Rs 31000, I got a email from Loan department that I have did that transaction & have to pay transaction amount but when i start probing them they took 3 months to investigate & in the end just come up with a solution that is just an FYI, I don't have to pay any money for doing this transaction & that's on email.

Another case of money deducted from my account in the month of December I raised a case with HDFC support, a representative working on it keep asking for 5 days every time she replied & the last reply was in January to wait for few more days as they are working & now no one responded with resolution or even with a status update.

It seems clear HDFC is just harassing customer

    Dear Sir / Madam

    Inspite of repeated mails to your customer service department. They had not yet replied or try to solve my problem. I had requested for NOC letter from you for my Closed Credit Card.

      I forgot my net banking ipin and therefore i wanna reset it with option through which otp received on register mobile number and email id. Every time i tried to do it, otp comes to mobile number but not on email id. Due to this i am unable to reset my ipin
      I even send complaint through email to hdfc support centre multiple times but my issue still is not solved.

            This is in reference to the transaction made into my account without intimating me by hdfc bank.

            An amount of Rs 885.00 has been debited on 18th Marcg 2021 from my salary account, mentioning about 'depository charges DEPOSITORY CHARGES FEB[protected] on demat account. I have never used this account.

            I am aghast to see this has happened first time inspite of me not using the demat servies and when the account was given to me it was told that it would be absolutely free. This is clear exploitation of customers.

              I have paid all my emi dues and loan closed due to corana issue I'm unable to pay on time bcoz of that Hdfc bank charges me late fee . Hdfc bank manager said if I cleared dues they will give my NOC . Now I have paid everything now they are saying to pay bounce charges the only they will give my NOC

                  I have hdfc sal account and get Bike loan from hdfc bank i paid every month emi 5500 but once i coudn't maintains balance in account and that time i was charged with overdue charge which is around 500. Now, after four month they charge me 236 rs for emi rtn charges. If i have already paid overdue charges then why hdfc is again charging with emi rtn charges.

                    Relationship Manager

                    Hi, I am an account holder with HDFC. Bank. The bank has given me a relationship manager. That manager introduced me some offer under which I can open my family savings account as well. However, when I actually got into the process, that manager was of no use. She opened my father' s account but with half details. My father was not able to access ATM or online transaction. I was calling this manager but she ignored my calls in face.

                          The hdfc bank has put a hold on my funds of rupees 1, 310.52 on date 10 march 2021 as mi revenue hold through gefu, ac number is

                          The customer service is not able to give any info on this.
                          First of all it's hard to reach customer service because it takes a alot of time and the ivr options are very difficult and tricky to navigate, after all the effort the customer service is not helpful
