My name is rajneesh kumar my customer id is 57915920 ..I went to bank for deposite but branch manager refuse my deposit. ..he said that the timing for deposite is 2 pm we will not accept any deposite after 2 pm ...I am a regular and old account holder of hdfc. ..I shocked when I heard this...will you pls tell me exact timing of deposite...if there will be no satisfactory reply I will close my account Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||||

HDFC has one of the worst service as I have seen either its e-service or other banking services (Credit card).I have requested HDFC 1.2Lac Jambo loan on 9th or 10th December 2016 but till now I have not received the DD. When I call to customer care they are telling the stories behind the process. Below the information I got it after following up with customer care: 1. Date 16th December 2016: Customer care guy said waiting for approvals. This was my first call and DD was under approvals. 2. Date 22nd December 2016: Customer care guy said its dispatched. 2nd call DD was dispatched. 3. Date 26th December 2016: Customer care guy said DD has been dispatched via Metro Couriers. (Airway bill number 5943876)/DD number 679429, office contact number [protected]) First of all airway number[protected] doesn’t exits and the contact number ([protected]) for metro courier also don’t exits. 4. Date 27th December 2016: Customer care guy said DD has been delivered. Same answer. 5. Date 28th December 2016: Customer care guy said DD has been delivered. I requested to talk manager, but they have disconnected my call after putting me on hold. Note: I am working in Cognizant Technology Solutions since 3 years, if any Bank related courier come to Cognizant, either they will not receive or tell the courier guy to hand over the stuff to personally to the employee due to security reason. In such cases where they have delivered the DD?. I had requested to our security today whether they have received any email related to me on 23rd Dec 2016. But they have confirmed they have not received any DD from HDFC. Then where is DD now? i have been asking the same question customer care but they were repeating the same “DD has been delivered, if you want we send another DD”, That to you guys sent the DD via metro courier which is 3rd class courier for saving ur courier money !!!. If any buddy is going to get a loan, either it was some emergency or they have some urgency, if you guy are sending the DD after month what is the use of that??? Compare to all other bank HDFC e-service is too too worst. Now a days entire INDIA moving towards the digital but guys going to back towards that. I hope I will not get anything for sending this email because all are in same plate.
