This is Alpesh Madhad, ex employee of HDFC bank, I had resigned and my last working day was 15/10/2016, until now I didn't receive F&F settlement and relieving letter.
I wanted to serve my notice period and was pursing it then HR & CH relieved me earlier and two months later they ask me to pay penalty for notice period,
here I got question...how come they are change their statement and what should I do now ? do i need to make a legal complain or what ?? because I only concern my relieving letter and F&F settlement.
Generally it comes within 2 weeks after last working day but I didn't get it after two months.
I asked hr and exit team but nobody gives me clean idea and solution for it.
If I don't get my relieving letter then I may loose my new job and If it happen then I will take a help of INDIAN LABOUR LAW
I want solution for it asap
