Most frustrating experience in life, My Account is Blocked for CC Overdue I paid the due still my account is blocked following for more than 3 weeks no one is responding on the approval email to release the account. Most Frustrating Pathetic Customer Service and No one is willing to resolve the problem. Neither the bank in Pune nor the head office in Chennai. Do not opt ever for HDFC bank Account.

I transferred money Rs 5000 through imps on[protected] from hdfc to SBI ..I got debited from my account.. beneficiary not yet credited. Imps reference:[protected]

I did not use my HDFC account for more than 2 years.and now I asked in home branch, is there any non mainatance charges applied as i did not use my account?They said No.
So I started using this account.
Within one day they cut almost 8000rs as non maintainance charges..
this is so unfair
I have ordered some stuff and i payed through paytm and my first trasaction is failed so i have done other transaction but both times my money got deducted from my account.

      I have lots of issue related to HDFC bank . I also visited to nearest branch for the same but no response.
      Problems are like:
      1) PPF account is not working and getting some weired issue.
      2) Regarding Credit card- need to talk to custom care but they guys are not even picking my call.
      I am frustrated from HDFC Bank.If they will not give me qick respond then I m afraid I will be having no other option but to take action against HDFC.

        Credit card statement not received since July 2016 and later additional late fee charges were charged in the statement of December 2016.
        Not even physical credit card statement was received at my registered address.

        Kindly reverse the additional late fee charged since so many months. Kindly look into the matter and resolve the query at the earliest.

          We have an EDC machine from HDFC Bank having TID No. 98110516. In this many cards fail to transact giving error message "Tracking Error" or "Enter Master Key". Noteworthy to mention that the same card transacts successfully in another EDC machine i.s ICICI Bank, SBI, AND others bank.

          i have loge a complain by phone call no.[protected], dated on 22/12/2016, as basis o[censored]rgency but till to date they did not responded regarding the same. for the same we are facing very difficulty position and also hamper to our business and for which nobody will get/bear our losses.

          you are requested to do the needful.

            I received this message few moments ago: 'Thank you for using your HDFC bank CREDIT card ending 8472 for Rs.700.00 in MUMBAI at KLICKPAY77252 on[protected]:02:46:26.' I never initiated any such transaction nor did I receive OTP for this. This is serious case of security breach. How can HDFC allow this to happen?

            HDFC should immediately look into the matter as I can find many similar complaints on net in last few days. This is extremely frustrating and unethical experience. How can a transaction proceed without 2-stage verification?

            Although 700 is not a very big amount, but still if there is some flaw, it should be rectified as early as possible. Otherwise it wouldn't be possible to use HDFC cards anymore.

              Hi My name is Rambhajan, holding an HDFC BANK account, i had made the payment today around 10 am on 24 dec 2016 through my debit card and amount decducted from my account and when i checked through IRCTC website then there is no ticket found related to my booking and received the auto reply from IRCTC customer care that NO TICKET FOUND from the same reffrence id IRCTC #4653312. And when i called HDFC customer care to register my complaint then they are giving me imopssible reason and advise me to go bank branch and submit the CDFM (CUSTOMER DISPUTE FORM) due to mz working hours it is next to impossible for me to go on working days as i am getting the off on SUNDAY only. I don't know why they are telling me to go through to bank branch for this issue because the money in these types of issues will get auto revert within 24 hours. Please help on urgent basis as i am unable to find the way to get out of this.

                My mutual fund account is not active for over a month now.
                It's been pending since nov 22nd. I was assured that it will be active by dec 22nd however, it is still not active. The call centre is a pain to deal with as most of the times the call just gets disconnected on its own i. E. After making you wait for 10 mins.
                I am an imperia & a preferred hdfc bank customer. If i have to deal with such plight, i wonder what is the situation of all other souls who invested in hdfc mf.

                  Hello Sir,
                  I, Anamika Kumari, had a HDFC Bank credit card no [protected]. I settled this card for Rs 23715 after waiving off late fee and interest imposed by the bank. I have made this payment almost 10 months before i.e. in Feb 2016. But still I am facing CIBIL issue. If I apply for another card they say your previous HDFC card settlement status was not updated by the bank. Please HELP sir.

                      Hi,
                      I having salary account in HDFC bank A/c No. 0688XXXXXXX682 at old washermenpet, Chennai-600021 branch and My office at mount road near GP road Branch. Today i gone to GP road branch to withdrawal money from my account due to my emergency purpose yesterday i applied insta jumbo loan from my account that amount available. While entering to branch the bank staffed said no withdrawal due to non availability cash i explained the Cashier about my problem and asked Rs.24000 as per RBI instruction but he said no cash available sir you come on monday for withdrawal. At the same time another one customer withdrawal Rs.50000 from this current account. Then i asked the cashier he informed me they got approval from the manager and you please talk to him. I gone to manager and asked him regarding withdrawal he saying the same thing no cash sir come on monday for withdrawal. I raised question to him if you dont have cash how your paying Rs.50000 to that customer. He saying they are our branch customer if you want you go to your A/c branch after requesting him finally he given Rs.10000 withdrawal to me. So many other branch HDFC customer came and gone without withdrawal money. Our hdfc bank given any notice or instruction to branches for service to only branch holder for account kindly intimate the same to customer also. We are taken loan from HDFC bank and we are paying interest for the HDFC Bank but we cant take us money from HDFC bank. Due to emergency purpose only we taken the loan and we paying the interest but not even as per RBI rules we not able take the amount branches. so kindly take necessary action on this issue.

                        I used credit in 2015 with amount of 33000 rs . i paid some amount around 15000. after that i loss my job and met with accident .. my financial condition was very bad. so i am not able to pay the money .. after 9 months they told me my credit due is 64000 rs . and some how i have arranged money and paid 40000 rs . reaming 24000 rs i am asking time but they are giving and now they are calling to my parents me and my friends and colleagues . please suggest me what can i do ?? i really disturbed with them so much .. please help in this

                            Sir,
                            M hpcl LPG gas dealer who is authorised by central govt. Of india. For which as per essential commodity act i have to deal in cash only. M having account in hdfc visnagar branch where i used to deposit cash on daily basis .Bank imposed 110000 as deposit charge on my account without any notice for which when i spoke to branch manager he said he will reverse the charge imposed and even he reversed 9000 that time and said gradually i will reverse the entire charge imposed. But now branch manager is changed and new bm behaved so rudely with us and said go to old bm if you want reverse of your charges coz he committed to reverse i didnot.
                            So if any of staff changes we have to bear their charges.There is no value of what was committed earlier by manager there.
                            We complaint against bm on hdfc complaint portal too but there is no proper reply to clarification of this issue.
                            I want reverse of charges they imposed on my account.I humbly request you to help me get my amount back.

                              i applied to open a new account in hdfc bank of visnagar. for that i submitted all required documents and a cheque of 25000 along with it which they verified and confirmed and said they will open account within 4-5 days. its about a month completed and now when i asked them about the same they asked we dont want to give u account. So if they dont want to give then why they took al documents and cheque from me.why they wasted my time? when i asked them to give reply in writing why they denied to open my account they replying we are not bounded and liable to give you reply .my question is is therre any norms held by bank through which they can deny any person to open their account with bank... we complaint on hdfc complaint portal also but in reply to it there is no call regarding the same...
                              looking forward that this complain may sought out my issue

                              In reply to complaint they sent me rbi norms but that norms is of 2013. They said because of demonetisation and new norms they denied . But i applied after demonetisation only and even they verified my documents for giving account .They neither asked me for any other required documents nor they mail me any new guidelines for bank after demonetisation for opening account.

                              i have complaint in consumer forum because i didnt get justice through hdfc support system but if consumer forum dont reply then where to go. i applied to open a new account in hdfc bank of visnagar. for that i submitted all required documents and a cheque of 25000 along with it which they verified and confirmed and said they will open account within 4-5 days. its about a month completed and now when i asked them about the same they asked we dont want to give u account. So if they dont want to give then why they took al documents and cheque from me.why they wasted my time? when i asked them to give reply in writing why they denied to open my account they replying we are not bounded and liable to give you reply .my question is is therre any norms held by bank through which they can deny any person to open their account with bank...

                              being an indian dnt we have the right to get an account in a bank or a bank will decide whom they will give acount...at the age of 54 am not getting an account for no reason ...where should i go now? is there anyone who can get me justice?

                              i jst want to know why bank denied to open my account?
                              is this forum not even able to take action against this bank?
                              i jst want justice is this not my right?

                                Hi,

                                Our prime minister Mr Narendra Modi is fighting against black money and step of demonetization is one of the corrective action to cure this. On 20th Dec;16, my wife Mrs Nidhi Gupta went to Indirapuram (Ghaziabad, U.P. - 201014) Branch to open a Saving Account so that she can deposit the old currency note of Rs 500 and Rs 1000 which she is holding. She has waited for more than 42 Calendar Days before going to bank, so that rush in the bank should come down. The branch head of this branch Mr Amit Gupta told us that they have instruction from the top management / HDFC Bank that NO NEW ACCOUNT CAN BE OPENED till 30th Dec'16 and we need to wait till 30th Dec'16. He also told us that we should go and check with the other government banks to get the account opened. If HDFC BANK, which itself is a very renowned bank and in my view one of the top most bank of the PRIVATE Sector, start denying opening of new accounts, then can anyone let us know where we should go to deposit our old currency notes. In that case if other BANKs also start saying the same thing that they can't open any new account till 30th Dec'16, then in that case we have to through our old currency note.

                                Also fyi when I have asked the branch manager Mr Amit Gupta to write on a paper what he was saying to me and sign it, he denied to do that. Also my wife was carrying all the docs i.e. Original PAN CARD, Original AADHAAR CARD and Original VOTER ID CARD and PHOTO which is required for opening any SAVING ACCOUNT.

                                Also the biggest concern for me is that, if renowned BANK like HDFC start doing such kind of things then I can't imagine what other BANKs will do. Also if I am facing challenge in depositing my old currency note, then think of the illiterate people to whom any BANKs can deny by giving any reasons.

                                My account in HDFC bank is yet to be opened. I have deposited the form in the BANK as well. I don't know when they are going to open the account and when my old currency note will be getting deposited. We are left with hardly 4-5 working days.

                                  मेरा बैंक खाता HDFC बैंक में नहीं है, परन्तु जहॉं तक मुझे जानकारी है, किसी भी बैंक का खाता धारक किसी भी बैंक के एटीएम से राषि विड्राल कर सकता है। लिहाजा आज दिनांक 22 दिसम्बर, 2016 को मैंने HDFC बैंक की बिलाङा शाखा के एटीम से राषि निकालनी चाही परन्तु एटीएम गार्ड बाबूलाल द्वारा मुझे HDFC Bank कार्डधारी नहीं होने के कारण रोक दिया गया और अंततः मात्र एक डेबिट कार्ड का प्रयोग करने की अनुमति प्रदान की गई।
                                  जहॉं तक मुझे जानकारी है, सरकार अथवा रिजर्व बैंक द्वारा ऐसा कोई प्रतिबंध नहीं जारी किया गया है कि कोई भी व्यक्ति जिसके एकाधिक खाते हैं, एक से अधिक डेबिट कार्ड का प्रयोग एटीएम निकासी हेतु नहीं कर सकता है। यद्यपि यदि ऐसी व्यवस्था नोटबंदी के साथ ही कर दी जाती, तो नकदी वितरण की जो अव्यवस्था आज दिखाई दे रही है, वह उत्पन्न ही नहीं होती; तथापि यदि सरकार अथवा रिजर्व बैंक द्वारा ऐसा कोई प्रतिबंध नहीं लगाया गया है, तो किसी भी बैंक अथवा उसकी किसी शाखा द्वारा अपने स्तर से नियम निर्धारित किया जाना उचित नहीं कहा जा सकता, विषेषकर इस वजह, कि कार्डधारी उनका खाताधारक नहीं है।
                                  नोटबंदी के बाद से आज तक, प्रायः एटीएम की कतारों में यह एक सामान्य बात है कि व्यक्ति एकाधिक व अन्य बैंकों के डेबिट कार्डों से विड्राल कर रहे हैं। HDFC के कार्डधारकों द्वारा भी अन्य बैंकों के एटीएम का बङे पैमाने पर प्रयोग किया गया है।
                                  इस संबंध में बैंक अधिकारी श्री बोहरा व शाखा प्रबंधक महोदय से जब निवेदन किया गया तो, उनके द्वारा यही जाहिर किया गया कि उनकी प्राथमिकता अपनी HDFC बैंक के ग्राहक है तथा ICICI जैसे प्राइवेट अथवा ैSBBJ व SBI जैसे सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के बैंक का गा्रहक होने की अपनी बेवकूफी के लिए मुझे उनकी लाइनों में लगने का खामियाजा भुगतना चाहिए। विचार कीजिए यदि ICICI, SBBJ अथवा SBI भी, यदि ऐसा करने लगें, तो क्या अफरातफरी नहीं मच जाएगी? इन बैंको के एटीएम HDFC से कहीं अधिक है।
                                  यदि बैंक का यह निर्णय इस दृष्टि से उचित भी मान लिया जाए कि नकदी की कमी से जूझ रही जनता को समानुपातिक नकदी मिले, तो भी यह अपेक्षित था कि बैंक द्वारा इसका स्पष्ट निर्देष लिखित में एटीएम के बाहर प्रदर्षित किया जाता।
                                  वस्तुस्थिति यह है कि बैंक प्रबंधन द्वारा अपने गा्रहकों व परिचितों को मनमाने ढंग से इसकी सुविधा दी जा रही है व आम आदमी को प्रताङित व अपमानित किया जा रहा है।
                                  एटीएम के बाहर एक व्यक्ति द्वारा एकाधिक डेबिट कार्ड के प्रयोग की मनाही के स्पष्ट व लिखित निर्देष अंकित करने के स्थान पर, अन्य बैंक के गा्रहकों को अभद्र व्यवहार के साथ सार्वजनिक रूप से रोक कर प्रताङित व अपमानित करना, बैंक जैसे व्यवसायिक प्रतिष्ठान से अपेक्षित नहीं है।
                                  उल्लेखनीय है कि उस समय HDFC के एटीएम पर नाम मात्र के दो-तीन व्यक्ति ही थे।
                                  यहां यह भी उल्लेखनीय है कि HDFC बैंक शाखा बिलाङा के उक्त एटीएम का शटर भी प्रायः बंद रखा जाता है जिसे एटीएम का गार्ड अपने परिचितों के आने पर खोल देता है तथा पुनः बंद कर देता है।

                                    I opened salary account in hdfc..after 2 days they texted me the welcome message and to check i transferred 100rs to my bank account and it worked but now after logging through net banking its showing me that i dont have any active account with bank..i mean seriously?its a regular savings account..its so frustrating..please look into this matter as it is a salary account and i am facing real trouble due this unprofessional behaviour
