[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — worst service by renault, escalation

Dear all,

This is a serious issue and clear proof of failure from renault. Vehicle was booked on 19th october'2019, asked delivery for deewali, they said that they will try their best for that, but they couldn't. After that we said them to deliver on 11th of november. After long follow up we went to showroom after on dec'12 to get vehicle. Before 1 day we have given dd and by 12th 60% amount credited to their account from hdfc bank, finally we went there to take delivery. We spent there for 5 to 6 hours to speak with their higher officials to get delivery. Finally we have got delivery by end of the day, but floor mats are not available. They said that after clearing the dd only we are able to generate tr and at the same time accessories not available at present please wait for a week to get. For that also i was waited for 2 days and finally called concern person, they said that they will come and fix it at my home only. After long drama it was postponed to 5days when i went outside they have sent one person to provide mats not to fix mudflaps. Again they said that technician is not available, again and again it was repeated finally one day i have given confirmation to them that i am going outstation and if anything is happening to the car which related to police or any insurance related i am not responsible for that. They enquired that where you are going and how many kilometers etc.. They said that within 300 kml no issue, finally ally i asked about insurance and given some online copies which is not cover more than 50% and the number is different. Number of times i have messaged to their boss and explaining the situation, i was taken the car but i am not able to use it. He will reply that i will get back to you by the evening, it was happened multiple times. Finally he will assign to some other person and they will tell that one more week and some issue with rto, while paying tax some issue happened. They have to get those amount and after that only they are able to pay the tr. Every time they told that within a week, today is 12th of december. One month has been completed but issue is not resolved, raised complaint to renault but no use here. They ate taking concall with them and i am hearing the same, now i got a feel that no one should not buy this company car. For this issues only it may not succeed in india.

This is an serious issue which i am facing, please take to public and reset the process. I do not want to get another people trouble, for that reason only i am sending this in social media to know everyone fact.

Dear Renault Team,

I Naveen Chand K, i have given service my vehicle service on 23rd of November'2023 at Amberpet Branch. I have been giving my vehicle service since 2019, each and every time I explain the issues along with my previous experience which I had with the service centre. And every time i send my vehicle to the service centre twice or thrice for rectification. But i will not get a proper resolution and i am not able to give my vehicle again and again.

Earlier service in 2021, one of my issue was AC. Due to that, they have changed the AC unit. In that it was not fixed properly and some issue with airflow. For that they took almost one week and when i got the vehicle front outer dashboard is damaged by a rat bite. Again raised the issue and sent the vehicle for replacement. Again i do not want to raise a complaint about the issue and i do not want to get another new issue with that. After service within a week, the vehicle broke down the middle of the road, when i checked petrol is leaking from the front bonnet due to the pipe not fixed properly. Some of the complaints and snapshots i am not adding here.

In 2022 one of my issues was noise coming from the Front right wheel, the AC cooling issue and the rear seat armrest cupholder is coming out. This time they said they needed to fill the gas because for since last 3 years, it had not filled. I have informed the person AC unit was replaced last year and they have re-filled the GAS also & why again issue came. He said that he would re-check and update that for me. But there is no call back and they have filled the gas, i have charged for that. And for front wheel noise due to 30k brake pads need to be replaced, i said ok. Finally, I have charged around Rs.18, 000 for my vehicle service. 1. Brake pads replaced, 2. AC gas replaced and 3. Part is not available placed order. Cross-checked with the service person and i took my vehicle delivery after asking everything about my car. When i got the vehicle again i found the same issue and called the person to ask about that. Again he is asking me to bring my vehicle to the service centre to check the same. I don't know why again and again i have to send the vehicle to the service centre. I have questioned the same. Here AC gas i have charged and the Wheel i have charged, issued is not resolved and part still i have not received a replacement with follow-ups. Also once i raised a complaint about my petrol missing over WhatsApp with snapshots. WHICH TYPE OF SERVICE IT IS?

This year 2023, explained everything and shared my previous complaints along with screenshots, discussions, my issues, and experiences as earlier.
My main issues are
1. Noise coming from the Front right wheel (Last year's issue.)
2. Rear seat armrest cupholder replacement (Last year's issue.)
3. Vehicle check error on the speedometer display.

1. This time service person said that we have to replace the disc brakes and brake pads. I questioned him why it was like the brake pads had already been replaced for the same issue in the last service. I have to bare again for your fault, i told him that i would escalate to the next level about last year's service. He immediately gave his call to the manager, i had a discussion with the manager and i got a call back from him. He said only needed to get replaced disc brakes, i agreed after getting confirmation from the manager. Issue reduced but not resolved, informed the same to the service person and feedback team. Now again they are asking me to bring my vehicle to the service centre to check the same.

2. The armrest cupholder has not been replaced and he told me that it was fixed. i have attached the screenshot for that.

3. Error check he asked me whether the battery got changed after purchasing the vehicle and said we have to replace two parts due to that only we are getting that error. I am denied to replace the parts because there is no guarantee that i have to replace one part or two parts or the battery.

THIS TIME MY NEW ISSUES AFTER-SERVICE, WHEN I RECEIVED THE CAR RIGHT SIDE SCRATCHES WERE THERE. I INFORMED THE SAME TO SERVICE PERSON WITH SNAPS, BUT HE DIDN'T GET BACK TO ME REGARDING THAT. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME. Mileage is showing 99km/l, 55km/l or 6km/l. Please find the attachments FYI(Before car delivery and after car delivery)

NOW TEAM CAN YOU PLEASE TELL ME HOW MANY TIMES I HAVE TO SEND MY VEHICLE AND HOW MANY DAYS YOU PEOPLE WILL TAKE FOR PROPER SERVICE? WHO WILL BEAR THE COST OF PETROL, MY PERSONAL CAB CHARGES AND PARTS REPLACEMENT CHARGES HERE? WHO IS GOING PROVIDE A SOLUTION FOR MY ISSUE? EACH TIME I GAVE PRIOR INTIMATION TO YOUR TEAM, BUT WHY THEY ARE NOT TAKING SERIOUSLY ABOUT MY CAR SERVICE?

EVEN TO RENEW MY VEHICLE INSURANCE I HAVE FOLLOWED UP WITH MULTIPLE PEOPLE AND IT GOT DELAYED.
