1. My credit card is showing a charge: offus emi, prin nb:04, [protected] (Ref# 09999999980819001793847) for 5, 399.27. There is another charge for 177.38. Other charges as follows: 19/05/2018 offus emi, prin nb:01, [protected] (Ref# 09999999980519001696673) 5, 227.53 19/05/2018 offus emi, int nbr:01, [protected] (Ref# 09999999980519001696681) 349.12 19/06/2018 offus emi, prin nb:02, [protected] (Ref# 09999999980619001792017) 5, 284.16 19/06/2018 offus emi, int nbr:02, [protected] (Ref# 09999999980619001792025) 292.49 19/07/2018 offus emi, int nbr:03, [protected] (Ref# 09999999980719001793054) 235.24 19/07/2018 offus emi, prin nb:03, [protected] (Ref# 09999999980719001793047) 5, 341.41 What is this charge? I want this to be reversed. 2. Apart from the above, i always used to pay the minimum balance due. It was never made clear that minimum balance due will attract interest. This is a very deceptive manner of charging interest. It should have been made clear that minimum due will only ensure that penal charges arent levied but interest is. High interest rate itself is a charge. How can such deceptive practice be carried out? I want these charges reversed. It is to inform you that bank has charged me Rs 885 for Depository charges on Demat account which isn't used by me ever. Please take the needful action or let me know what needs to be done from my side.thay are doing unknown work and charges little little and it will be bullk amount so

Dont go for HDFC credit card. Multiple transaction charges for no reasons are levied. I have been trying to contact the customer care and no one picks. My customer service contact in HDFC is not responding in spite of repeated reminders.
My Credit card statement contain multiple OFFUS EMI, INT NBR:01, [protected] (Ref# 09999999980816005534706)
I have purchased 3 things with my credit card and request for EMI on those.
However, on my statement I see multiple different charges that have been applied.
I contacted customer care department and they informed that they will be sending a new statement ( detailed one ) to my email address within 24 hours that will have all the detailed and correct information to understand it in a better way and didnt explained anything on call.
I never received any statement from that person.
Kindly help and get a call back arranged for me from the credit card department so that I can clear my queries.

Why these guys added unwanted amount in credit card statement. OFFUS EMI, PRIN NB, OFFUS EMI, INT. What is this hell. Added multiple gst amount. Why. im also facing these issues. and no direct number for customer care. How can i resolve this thing.
They are making fool. adding unwanted amount means they are making salary of their employee.
Anyone can help me.

Hi Guys Plz Don't use or don't show any interest with Hdfc bank / Credit cards They're Are no.1 to take an Bounce charging in there Own way - it really Bad services frm Hdfc customer services so, plz avoid using Hdfc cards it's my personal Suggestions for Medil class families
In my Statment show offus emi... I never use to pay by emi pls 🙏 suggest yeh kaise hua h maine nai kia i always pay full amount on the time. No Pending bill due.
