This is regarding the transaction performed in sbi atm on 9th june 2018.
I have performed total 2 transaction in sbi on that day.
Sbi bank in karvenagar branch atm for rs. 2000 both got failed, i have received refund for 1 transaction, but for the second still i have not received.
As per the response received from the sbi the 2nd transaction was successful, and which is not the case, so i have requested to get the cc tv footage and complaint was raised.
Complaint (Reference id 7483416, 1590579) for cc tv footage was raised 11/07/2018 but i have not received any updated on it.
So i have raised the grievance hbl=[protected] and hbl=[protected] i am not getting proper response on this.
I have visited the hdfc branch in karve nagar and raised the dispute form on 14/08/2018 for that also there is no update and when i visited the bank they have raised the request once again and now waiting for cc tv footage. It is more than 6 months,
Please help me in getting my money back.
