Dear sir,

Regarding car loan account. No 62578093. Hdfc bank is cheating with me rate of interest. Please look into on this.

I have apply the loan bank is not send me the any email confirmation regarding rate interest as per our telephone discussion our loan is 9.50 rate. But bank has change the rate of interest 10 with my confirmation.
If bank has not send the any email communication regarding the rate of interest the why ask me share the artifact.
Bank has singed pre-approval loan agreement. But with my confirmation why is transfer the loan amount.

    Hi,
    My recently opened saving bank account in hdfc bank was put on hold due to non payment of an old credit card bill, i wish to ask why did not you intimate before linking it with the saving bank account.
    And how did you get the authority to did the same.
    I am not earning right now and having a major financial crises.
    I would request you to please reduce the interest charges and late payment fees from the credit card and put an emi against the same, so as to make it easy for me to pay.

      Hello all,

      I had purchased an note 8 using hdfc cashback offer on 23/07/2018
      The offer stated that within 90 days (3 months) the cashback will be credited in the bank account but it's already 130 days (More than 4 months) yet i have not received the cashback and hdfc helpline are not providing and most of times not working at all.

      This was purchased from shree ganesh mobile from bharuch gujrat.

        Today (14 dec 2018) 13.56pm onwards to 14.20pm in between 4 fake transactions happened from my card and rs 38274/- used with 4 transactions.

        I have submitted card holder dispute form in nearest hdfc branch today.

        Kindly help me to reverse my amount which is not used by me.

        I am not authorizing all 4 fake transactions happened from outside of my city.

          I have a salary account with hdfc bank and the customer id is 72341689

          I had linked my kotak ins to my hdfc to deduct amount via ecs, provided the automatic deposit to kotak was off, but i paid directly through the kotak portal before due date.
          But hdfc bank has deducted rs. 590.00in the above deductions, i not even received any intimation via call/email/sms from the bank before deductions.

          Request you to consider my complaint and help me to get my money back and also to avoid further deductions in my account. Thank you.

            Please note that i applied for hdfc credit card and got reference no : 18l[protected]n4. I got all verification done at my office and residence too. I got multiple calls at office too for verification.

            Today got checked in hdfc link showing track your card application. Found the reason as follows.

            Disapproval of the credit card application does not reflect in anyway on your credit standing or your financial stability

            We told to hdfc financial who called us for credit card and we never gone to hdfc for the same. Executive called and we given all papers and verification also done positively.

            I called customer care and they are not giving any reason for rejection. As per rbi guideline hdfc bank should give us reason or else we also file complaint in rbi and bank ombudsman.

            We want reason for rejection as it will hit my cibil. My cibil was all clear and i got alredy two credit card of hdfc on same address. If we will not find reason for rejection, we will file case in consumer court. It is my dignity which got effected and i am fully made up my mind for filing legal case against hdfc. I never had any credit card or liabilities from any bank in the past.

            Please provide reason or else i will file case in consumer court.

              Hello as i have received call from hdfc bank jaipur on 1st dec-18 and her name is nisha sharma and she assured me there will be no issue in credit card process and i was already use hdfc bank 2 credit card without any dues im asked her many times before applying plz check as i donot want to waste my docs if it gets rejected but she assured me will be done without any hassle.
              I received an sms stating that we acknowledge your hdfc credit card appln cc39745983 under ref no - (18l[protected]n4) and now after 1-week i have received a mail form hdfc bank that application has been rejected no reason shared request kindly share reason and give back my all docs which i have submitted to hdfc bank...
              Hdfc very very very disappointing i will ask all my friends and relatives to switch over to other bank as hdfc is big fraud.. No issue i will disconnect all my hdfc account holders.

                  Dear sir/ma'am,

                  I hold a credit card regalia first with your bank and i'd been charged rs 999 for auto pay debit for which none of the information was given to me by your agents when the card was issued and despite calling them on a daily basis.

                  Now they said that i will also be paying a charge for 3.5% on a daily basis for the money i'd withdrawn from the bank. I'd withdrawn rs 2500 last month and i'd already been charged rs 500 as withdrawl charges and now they said that you have to pay the interest. You agents did not give proper advice and we have to suffer the consequences. We are a working class and if we have to pay this much of amount from our pockets than it will be difficult for us to survive.

                  I really had a good impression about hdfc bank but after looking at all these charges that you'd framed for me i really do not trust hdfc anymore and would be discontinuing my accounts with hdfc if my issue is not resolved and i do not get a reversal.

                  It's really annoying as someone who just used your services has to pay an extra amount for which he was not aware. It's not our fault, it's your representatives and your agents fault who did not disclose all such information while issuing a cared.

                  I would request you to revert me back on the same email and kindly let me know if my issue would be resolved or not.

                              I made 3 calls to the phone banking no. [protected] today i.e 13th dec. 2018. The 1st call was made at 8:13PM and was waiting for about 12mins before someone recieved it. He spoke and welcome (it was a male voice) but when i asked for his name he didnt speak. I could here the background sound but he was not willing to speak. So I disconnected the call and called back on the same no. At 8:26pm. After waiting for about 6 to 7 mins someone again recieved the call. Thi time i started with my query and he was not able to resolve it. So i asked him to transfer to supervisor or someone else. He was not willing to do that. After some time he put the call on hold saying he us transferring the call and recieved it himself. On asking his name he said its Rohit Dodkar which I didnt believe looking at his overall approach.
                              So i called again this time at 8:42pm and waited for about 13 mins. Again i could here the same voice. On asking the name he didnt speak. I could clearly hear the background voice. This time I didnt disconnect but the executive disconnected the call immidiately.
                              Once hdfc had very good customer service but now its disheartening to get such service. Really sad.

                                This is regarding the transaction performed in sbi atm on 9th june 2018.

                                I have performed total 2 transaction in sbi on that day.

                                Sbi bank in karvenagar branch atm for rs. 2000 both got failed, i have received refund for 1 transaction, but for the second still i have not received.

                                As per the response received from the sbi the 2nd transaction was successful, and which is not the case, so i have requested to get the cc tv footage and complaint was raised.
                                Complaint (Reference id 7483416, 1590579) for cc tv footage was raised 11/07/2018 but i have not received any updated on it.
                                So i have raised the grievance hbl=[protected] and hbl=[protected] i am not getting proper response on this.
                                I have visited the hdfc branch in karve nagar and raised the dispute form on 14/08/2018 for that also there is no update and when i visited the bank they have raised the request once again and now waiting for cc tv footage. It is more than 6 months,
                                Please help me in getting my money back.

                                  I am Supriya Kijakkar. I had closed my credit card (ending 2639) account by calling customer care in the month of November 2016. I had made final settlement by paying all the due amount to the Chennai hdfc branch account. I was confirmed by the customer care executive that my credit card account is closed. From then I am not able to access my credit card account. I believed it is closed. but i keep getting mails for payment reminder and statement. As i do not remember full card number i am not able to talk to any customer care executive also. These mails have become mental harassment now as it includes threatening statements. Even after making final settlement and getting confirmation from the customer care executive I am going through this now after 2years of closing the account. When I asked customer care people to send me confirmation mail saying account is closed they told they dont have mailing procedure. I went by their confirmation over call. So request everyone to be careful about HDFC bank. I think they make us suffer even after doing everything from our side. I am still struggling get in contact with one customer care person to get a clarification and come out of this torture.

                                    I received a debit message yesterday for my account (Rs 130), with the Car parked nicely at home. So I go online to check and HDFC guys have updated some unknown car number in my account.

                                    And the helpline number[protected] is a waste of time, will never reach a customer rep, seems like they have just one guys sitting and handling the entire country.

                                      I never created a demat account but recently when a depository charge of around rs 885 was deducted from my account. This was regarding the demat account that was opened without my consent. This is a fraud case and i have seen many bank customers facing the same issue.                                       Effective September 01, 2010 there is a revision in the ‘standard’ tariff with respect to the Annual Folio Maintenance Charges (FMC) from Rs. 500/- p.a. to Rs. 750/- p.a. We have introduced a differential transaction based FMC pricing model. Basis this model, the FMC payable by you would be based on the various slabs applicable to the transactions made in your Demat account. This flexibility will give you an opportunity to reduce the FMC in the subsequent year, basis the level of transactions carried out in the current billing cycle (1 year prior to the levy of FMC). Note: All transactions (Market, Off- Market, Demat and Remat) made over the current billing cycle would be considered for computing the subsequent year’s FMC.                                         I am getting unlimited calls from various numbers of hdfc for making payment for outstanding amount clear. They literally behave very badly with ladies and send unauthorized people to home for collections. Even after requesting to stop all this they dont stop just to complete their targets they give recovery agencies and recovery agencies are behaving very inappropriate. I am going to file a complain now in police station for this harassment as it is mentally disturbing alot and spoiling the health.
