[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Wrong deduction of charges rs 115

Dear sir

I am filling this complaint against hdfc bank boisar tarapur branch siv kala arcade.

On 1st august 2016 i am in meeting with my client, so i send my friend to deposit rs 3102 cash in my saving account, this cash deposited for loan emi for my activa scooty, which is deducted from my saving account.

Now bank is saying this is third party transaction and we have charged for this.

As per my opinion this is wrong charges, please kindly look into this and advice.
