I received a call from [protected] on 24th June 7:02pm posing as hdfc bank representative. He tried to know confidential information related to account. Somehow I sensed something unusual and did not revealed anything. Please take action so that someone else could be saved in future.

I have opened an online demat/trading account with hdfc securities 1 week back and today got a message of rs. 1700 deducted from my bank account for tips. Please help me get this money refunded and i wish to close this account doesn't wish to use the services of such a company.

I recharged for Rs.100 through HDFC prepaid Mobile Recharge 3 times.
When first transaction failed I tried for the second and third time.
All the 3 transactions failed. But an amount of rs 100 has been deducted for each transaction thus making it a total of Rs 300.

In the month of Jun-2016, when I recieved credit card statement, I saw that late payment charge is there in the statement. For the month of May I paid the amount due on 16th of May, before 30th May . Hi my loan account number is 24830041.I took 600000 personal loan from HDFC bank, I already paid 35 installmentsNow I try to foreclose my remaining loan amount 300000 .But they are asking additional 3.45 % additional foreclose charges on my remaining amount. They keep charging high rates for ecs clearing which a common man cannot afford all the time. I informed them several times, but the same thing happens. The worst banking experience any one could have. They should revert the amount or least a nominal amount to be deducted. I have placed this complaint many times.

I'm getting call from Unsolicited tele-sales calls saying they are calling from HDFC Bank asking for personal loans, credit cards, etc.

They are not calling from 1800xxxx OR 120xxxx etc number. It is a proper number like ([protected], [protected], etc) and they are clearly saying they are call from "HDFC Bank".
