I am kamal kumar s/o shri satish kumar currently resident at a - 28, sainik nagar, nr. Nawada metro station, uttam nagar, new delhi-110059, india and in my aadhar card, my address is d-20, nr m c d dispensary, nawada village, uttam nagar, new delhi 11059 (Permanent address). My dob is 06.02.1987 in all documents. I am living in delhi since my birth. My pan card no. Is axapk9675n. My aadhar no.[protected]. From one week ago regularly, i am trying to get a personal loan for my financial purpose. I have an account in icici bank, uttam nagar, new delhi and i have two credit card, one of icici bank and another is sbi (Capital first). I have applied for a pl from icici bank after all formalities, icici bank's executive/customer care executive told me that i have taken a two wheeler loan of rs. 90000/- on september, 2017 and i am defaulter of this two wheeler loan (Account no.[protected], i never get a loan from any bank till date. But when i got my cibil report yesterday night, i was shocked because somebody’s loan account is reflecting in my cibil how this is shown in my cibil report.in my cibil report there is clear showing that kamal kumar got a loan i. E. Loan account no. 50675915 this is two wheeler loan the amount disbursed in september, 2017. Earlier two other loans were issued in the same name i. E. (I) loan account no. 16421543 two wheeler and (Ii[protected] two wheeler loan. I never got these loans. Today when i visited at hdfc bank retail loan branch at janakpuri b block, new delhi, ms. Sushma menon, csm checked this account but when the csm checked details of this account, there was only one thing matched i. E. Kamal kumar, all other details like father's name, address, pan card no., mobile no. Date of birth are different and not related to me.
How this possible that in my cibil report, all two wheeler loan accounts showing in my report even i never got these loan and all the details are not related to me.in my cibil report, in personal information column, pan card and voter id no. Is matching with my pan card and voter id card (Income tax id number pan axapk9675n, voter id number wgo4289574) but driving license no. (Driver's license number dl[protected] m my driving license no. Is dl[protected] are not matching and not related to my driving license.
Mistakes are not repeated. I am an ordinary person and i did not need of any cibil score. But this time i have to get a pl. I regularly paid all the emis on time from last one and half year. But now my image and reputation are spoiled in banking because of this discrepancies in my cibil report. Another person's loan reflecting in my cibil report.
I have requested to hdfc bank executive her name is ms. Sushma menon, customer service executive and another person named mr. Dhananjay kaushik, sales manager, two wheeler laon department, j block, ansal plaza, new delhi please give me the details of existing loan account holder i. E kamal kumar who got these loans but they denied to give me the details and print out of these loan account for further procedure. Even they denied for give me a letter on bank's letterhead that the existing two wheeler loan customer is different from me i. E kamal kumar s/o satish kumar because all the details of two wheeler loans customer are not related to me but they denied. I only found his father's name i. E sukhram his date of birth i. E. 14.01.1987 his address pallivan court -1 fmg, jaype green wish town, noida sector 12b, uttar pradesh, 201304. I am surviving a lot of difficulties due to this discrepancy/malpractices because i have urgent requirement of pl. If this issues is not solve as early as possible, i have to lodge a complaint against the hdfc bank and cibil due to this misappropriate work/discrepancies in my cibil report because cibil and hdfc both are responsible for this. I have an urgent requirement for this loan and the banks are not providing/sanctioned the pl amount because of my existing loans/default loans.
