Your bank officers convinced me to open a dmat account which they told me will be free of charge for me as i m preferred customer. But later after completion of all formalities received a msg deducting rs 2999/- from my saving bank account no [protected] in july 2017. Found this forum and feel to share my experience and issue with kyc update.

I am keep receiving emails from hdfc for kyc update and my a/c debit transaction have been blocked. Funny thing is the email i received from them to update kyc it’s mentioned [protected]@hdfcbank.com and i have tried to send them few times and i received failure bounce back ‘user unknow’- antispam.
