We sincerely regret the inconvenience. We regret to inform you that since the beneficiary details entered by you while executing the transaction was incorrect, the funds have not been credited to the desired beneficiary. The funds were credited to a wrong beneficiary no. instead of the desired beneficiary. Since you had confirmed that same is a wrong transfer, we had taken-up the same with beneficiary bank on a Goodfaith basis for reversal of funds. However, the beneficiary bank has rejected our request stating " Customer is not accessible for obtaining debit confirmation " Hence, we request you to directly contact the beneficiary or the beneficiary bank for reversal of funds.
