I have logged a complaint regarding wrong UPI transaction of 60, 000(Sixty Thousand Only) to unknown person i have informed the bank person for the reversal of amount they agreed with the concern and told the money will be return back to your account in a week but till now the reversal is not done and recently i got a call from the HDFC customer executive stating that the bank to which you have done the transaction are not responding neither the the receiver who got the amount is not responding.
So my sincere request is to resolve and revert back my money to my account

We sincerely regret the inconvenience. We regret to inform you that since the beneficiary details entered by you while executing the transaction was incorrect, the funds have not been credited to the desired beneficiary. The funds were credited to a wrong beneficiary no. instead of the desired beneficiary. Since you had confirmed that same is a wrong transfer, we had taken-up the same with beneficiary bank on a Goodfaith basis for reversal of funds. However, the beneficiary bank has rejected our request stating " Customer is not accessible for obtaining debit confirmation " Hence, we request you to directly contact the beneficiary or the beneficiary bank for reversal of funds. We once again deeply regret the inconvenience caused to you.
