    Below is my experience what I felt today :-

    Very bad experience. 😌

    The staff made me feel " what have I done wrong that I came to this branch to open a salary account".

    What is the time it takes to open a salary account ?

    My friend opened online in 10 mins.

    I too tried it but glitches occurred online due to which with my number their where many leads generated for that branch. So it was not opened online and they said to visit the branch.

    I visited, the first person I talked was the "Customer Experience staff" . I conveyed my problem, he suggested me to go home and come after 7 days when lead gets expired. I asked him what should I wait this much can't you cancel the lead now ? Then he sent me to a different desk to convey my problem.

    The next desk person listned me carefully and then said " sir for kyc you have to visit your nearest branch where you live in hyderabad, I said him the lead is generated in this bank other branches has told me to visit this branch and now you are saying me to visit other branch ? 🤔

    Then when we questioned him then he is giving solution to me that ok sir we will do your kyc here.

    Then he sent me to the customer experience staff then that person told me to sit .

    I was waiting for atleast 20 mins patiently, then he calls me tells give your adhar number, then he give me documents to fill and sign it. During which again he wasn't asking me to give him documents rather he was doing his other work for at least 15 min.

    Then he took my documents then he gave me another document to fill, then he tells me to take a selfie and email him. But in bank their is no network for Airtel, I ask him how can I email him, he is laughing and ignoring me and cracking joke on Airtel then after 10 mins he says you can go !!

    I am shocked, that is my account created, he says yes its done you can go.

    Now do realize the process which my friend did online was 10 mins, but when I visited the branch the same process they made me to do it ilnearly 2 hrs.

    Above I explained you the process, the readers can judge themselves signing three papers, and sending a selfie takes 2 hrs to process by the employees of bank.

    When I was leaving other employees where smiling at me. !! as they have wantedley done this to me.

    If you want hdfc services, surely go any branch but not this.

    This was my experience where I learnt to have patience when front person wants me to loose it .

        Hdfc account holder in this moth i have 2 time
        " BRN CASH TXN CHGS INCL GST " of " 177.00"
        if you did not help me otherwise i will with other bank
        unahappy about your taxes without confirmation, till this date did not get any alert or did not get any sms or mail about this tax . without instruction how can u diduct balance . so much bad service provide from hdfc first time .

                I am trying to transfer some money using UPI but getting an Error - "your bank has imposed a temporary freeze period after the first failed transaction. try again after 24 hours. (FP) ". Don't know what's going its still there even after 24 hours

                    My wife submitted documents and cheque on 25th april they give welcome kit and atm(empty pass book..not any details in passbook) same day
                    but not received any msg and mail till 1st may and again she went to bank on 2nd may
                    they told its not saving bank account its 0 balance account adn take another 5 days ... but why take cheque(11000)

                      I have been charged with finance charges in my last 2 statements in & april & may month around 6500 Rs . I don't know what are these charges?? I have no information about this. None of your executive also told me on call while selling this card to me..
                      Kindly explain to me these charges..
                      I will not pay these charges. I haven't charged these in my lifetime. I have hdfc & icici credit card also from last 3 years..

                          Sir/Madam


                          HDFC Home Loan representative offered me a housing loan with lowest interest and I submitted all hard copy of documents asked by the representative for validation. As per the direction of the representative documents uploaded in the online portal On April 13, 2023.Next day, HDFC representaive made a phone cal and informed me to pay the processing fee as all the process is completed.

                          Soon after paying processing fee their version changed. The representative now says that the RBI guidelines are changed just after my application submission and now my KYC documents are not meeting RBI guidelines.

                          Immediately I asked to cancel my loan application and refund the processing fee. They asked me to send a mail request to customer care for the same.Suprisingly next day, HDFC representaive made a phone cal and informed that they will process the loan which I rejected and asked for a refund.I had made several mail requests to customer care HDFC to process the request which they didn't respond.

                          Through this platform I would like to enlighten every one about the Home Loan strategy followed by HDFC:

                          1. First attract the customer by offering lowest interest rates and then deceive the customer as if entire validation process is completed and loan approval is pending only because
                          processing fee payment is pending.

                          2. Once the processing fee is collected then they exhibit their true colors. Give reasons as invalid/insufficcient documents or against RBI guidelines and simply delay/reject/ drag the loan processing .

                          3. Customer satisfaction is of least importance to HDFC and only total amount collected under processing fees matters to them.

                          Your team wrongly guided, misleaded and cheated me to collect the processing fees. HDFC please refund my Loan Processing Fee for file no:[protected] if you really value the customers.

                            The above Life Pension Super plus policy was taken on 25/2/13 which matured on 25/2/23.
                            I was offered assured guaranteed pension policy which I did NOT like the returns and terms / conditions and cancelled the same during free look period.
                            Now I am requesting for payment of surrender value which as per policy term is equal to NAV as i have run policy more than 5 years . But company NOT agreeing to pay the surrender value which is illegitimate and I am losing interest every day passing

                              Dear Sir, During checking my monthly credit card statement for april 2023I find a transaction of Rs. 3, 223.78 as AGGREGATOR EMI - OFFUS. What is this transaction meant for please clarify? However, I am to inform you that I have not applied for any loan anywhere against my credit card so far. Please explain the transaction so that I will take effective steps for its management.

                                    Dear Sir/Madam,

                                    i received a call on sep 29 2022 from HDFCLIFE( i am not aware of any policy), said offering the below, when they said HDFC EMI home loan EMI reduction and it is possible and i said OK .

                                    1. policy term 10 yrs ( HDFCLIFE Classic Assured plus)
                                    2. paying term 7yrs.
                                    3. premium 156000/ annum
                                    4. On mature : 19, 12, 532
                                    5. Credit card 0 EMI.
                                    6. EMI reduction from 8.45 to 5.20.
                                    7. 3 gram gold coin.

                                    He sent me cash of 15000 for gold and 10200 for Credit card EMI,
                                    I believed and i am following up for the 6 months for Reduction of Home loan EMI till now, saying i will complete by next week/month... like wise

                                    The main purpose of buying this policy is for EMI and for my son studies after 10yrs.

                                    I have escalated this issue with Escalation1, escalation2, escalation3 have not received any update on this ( or ) not given any proper resolution on this fraud policy.
                                    I am following up with this for the past 2 months and i didnt received any update from escalation teams.

                                    A fraud was done to me by agents who said he is a hdfclife employee but but were agencies ( FINWAZARD TECHNOLOGY PVT LTD) .
                                    But the HDFC customer grievances department doing false review and providing the same information that "you have accepted and we provide the policy" sending wrong review. Request you to intervene and please check that these insurance brokers stop the harassment wherein they have left linked agencies/brokers to work for them and get their policy done in the market. Please check below in inverted wherein I have written the whole case to them and i have not received any update on my issue.

                                    It seems HDFC LIFE encouraging agents to give false offers to the customer and making them suffer once the policy is registered.
                                    I need your help to help me fix this issue, i cannot continue with the profit less policy,

                                    I need this to be investigated as soon as possible. I waited a lot .

                                    I am not satisfied with the HDFC Life service, please cancel this account and refund my money back.
                                    Verification from your end is not clear ( i bought on 29 sep 2022, but it shows 2020 ) is not done clearly from your end.
                                    I Have not seen any action against the agent ( subamani ( shared contacts ) ) who betrayed me on the offers.
                                    This proves that you are helping the agents to make fraudulent offers to increase the count.

                                      I changed my account to NRO last year and since then I am not able to receive OTP on my registered mobile number. I tried reaching out to them through emails but there is no response from their side. Frustrating experience from HDFC.

                                        hi, some of money is put on hold by the bank, but the bank didn't notified me regarding this before or after freezing the funds. Even after I've contacted the support many time and visited the branch multiple time they didn't provide me a official response regarding this. I am very disappointed by their service and failure to inform their customer of a transaction even I've raised a concern and filed a written complaint with the branch.
                                        i would like say that this entity is unable to do its job. i will consider it a as a gross negligence towards its customer.
                                        i would like to file for damages for causing me trouble and distress by failing to do their duty.
