Dear Sir I have applied for HDFC Bank Regalia Credit card on the assurance of your Sales officer that this card is free for lifetime. Later on my application, your Bank have allotted to me Regalia Credit Card number [protected]. Later on in the month of April 2017 HDFC Bank debited wrongly the charges for Rs. 2875/- towards first year membership fee on dated 31.03.2017, which are appearing in your statement. . At the time of opening of Credit card your Bank has assured me that this card is life time free, later on charged membership fee is cheating to customer.
