Dear Sir / Madam, I have purchased a HDFC Life easy health policy in favour of My wife Mrs. pinki Rani as on date 10.08.2017. I have received policy[protected] documents as on date 23.08.2017.I have paid INR 2756 for purchased this policy. My wife admitted in hospital 18.05.18 to 21.05.18. I have claimed in company with all required documents. But Now HDFC company is making fool to me, and ignoring my documents. And not paying my claim amount . I have got too much hard work to collect all required documents. Documents List - HDFC Life policy Patient aadhar card Patient PAN card Discharge summary Doctor advisory letter Laboratory Reports Ultrasound report Hospital Indoor papers Hospital Registration certificate Hospital final bills HDFC Ergo policy card copy (Caseless payment ) HDFC Ergo health insurance payment settlement & paid receipt When I purchased this policy, Agent informed me that for claim need only discharge summary. But Now HDFC life do not want to pay my claims. I have submitted all documents. There are no any left documents. I am attaiching Policy details and hospital final bill.
