I have taken hdfc life insurance from coverfox. This is alcually a ulip plan. Now they have not informed me about auto debit thing. So i asked hdfc life to help me in proving form for auto debit. I have sent form along with cancelled cheque. Also i have asked them about the charges if any. They have not informed me and deducted amount from my savings account. They are cheating customers.

Hi, if policyholder have any unresolved issue with respect to your HDFC Life policy. Kindly inform to the customer that write to us at [protected]@hdfclife.com from his / her registered id to have the same look into and addressed. Once the email is sent by customer inform him / her to share the interaction id with us.
