[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — policy cancelation and bond documents are not received yet

My name is Naresh Nagabhushanam. Living in New Jersey, USA. Recently when I was visit india (December) I went to HDFC bank in Tirupathi, AP, India. for opening NRI account. Manager and Agent advised to me to open investment plan and they opened HDFC Sanchai Policy No : 17243871 without knowing any policy details and its returns. Now I came to know that it is life policy not investment plan. I would like to cancel the policy because o[censored]nsatisfactory returns and also bond documents are not received yet. I sent many emails but no proper response from [protected]@hdfclife.com. Here are the details Policy Number or Client ID :[protected]Policy Number)  Full Name of the Life Assured : NARESH NAGABHUSHANAM  Date of Birth :[protected]  Name of Beneficiary or Nominee : Madhavi  Premium amount: 200000  Communication Address 302, Green hill Manor Franklin Park New Jersey, 08823, USA

Got response from hdfc life service department on Match 11th to cancel the policy by courier written letter to any of the hdfc branch. complaint number[protected]

But today HDFC bank tirupathi branch was not accepting cancellation letter due to not having confirmation from service dept.The guy who handles in hdfc life branch tirupathi is krishna chaitanya [protected].

It has been 4 months. since there is no solution!!! Really frustrating
Issue is solved now and bond was canceled and got check
