[Resolved]  HDFC Bank Payment Gateway — non-refund of failed transaction on a/c of sri saibaba sansthan ahmednagar in of rs.1710.00 twice

On 17th july 2018 while booking for accomodation and darshan i made payment of rs.1710.00 twice and both were failed transactions through hdfcgateway, however on 21/07/2018 rs. 1702.80 was credited back to my standardard chartered bank card a/c however refund of another rs1710.00 of the same day paid through standard chartered bank card no;[protected] in the name of k. P. Mishra still pending please expedite my mail address : [protected]@gmail.com

Updated by babipratima The payment has been made from you Payment Gateway and you canot simply ward off your responsibility and ask me to contact CARD ISSUING BANK, The transactions made on 19.07.2018 of Rs.1720.00 two times with the folloing ARN 74332748201820030333203 and 74332748201820029500507 . You are once again requested to verify at your end both were failed transactions and one refund of Rs.1702.80p has been made on 21.07.2018 and another refund of of Rs.1720.00 is waited.Please respond and expedite

One of my friend transferred amount through chiller but amount was not credited please check and do the need full...
