I had brought the Philips - PRO6305 online from headphone zone on 26th September 2020. One of the sides stopped working in a matter of few months (3-4 months at best) and then on March 15th I had intimated them of this. The after sales support that i got was very bad.
Headphone zone clearly denied that they could not do anything about it and I should contact Philips service center about it. And lo behold, there is not even one service center anywhere in Dehradun, Uttarakhand's capital.
So ultimately I was stranded in between with useless earphones that stopped working and had about a year and half's warranty still left with it.
Would recommend buying earphones from proper physical stores only so that they would atleast replace or repair it when needed.
Also as a matter of fact, headphone zone does not have any Phillips product listed on their site anymore.
P.S. - the only good part about this was that they promptly sent me my invoice back on request which I probably did not have with me. lol
