[Resolved] Headphone Zone — Predatory policies and after sales

Worst website ever. They sold me a pair with no return policy. Suggested me to list headphones on there tradeup program and when I did that told me tradeup is suspended due to Covid. They don't care about the buyers once sale is made

Headphone Zone customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
For the mentioned case, the customer rasied a return reqest with us on the 11th June, 2020 saying the product didn't meet his expectations.
As per our return policy, we can accept the return only if the product is defective and has a manufacturing defect. As there was no issue with the product, we couldn't accept Mr. Rishi's return request.
However, we have recently made an exception and we are taking the unit back from the customer. We will offer a store credit to the customer to purchase anything else from our website.
