M/s.Helios & Matheson Information technology Limted. Non Payment of Fixed Deposit Principal and it’s Intrest Amount. I Deposited two Cheques No :032400 amounting Rs.One Lakh & another Cheque No: 032401 amounting Rs.12, 680/- each drawn on HDFC Bank and both the cheques were returned with the reason insufficient funds and bank has also charged a fine of Rs. 200/- for cheque return charges.I deposited both the cheques in my Bank of India, Ahmedabad.Gujarat.It was the Principal and it’s Intrest aount. The two Cheques were deposited dated 07/03/2015 and both the cheques are bounced, and on 11/03/2015 there was a call from my bank to collect the Bounced Cheques, without giving any proper reason.Therefore, the company M/s. Helios & Matheson Information technology Limted.from whom the amount was to be received have not credited in my Bank A/c. The company is not responding to my repeated phone calls .I request you to please register my complaint and advise me how to go about recovering my money, at the earliest.However, this is a criminal offence under IPC 138 and if the amount is not received by me within 15 days with it’s delayed amount, then I will file a case against your company, in the Honourable Court, which you please note. Subject: Regarding FD No:CD B052557.M/s.Helios & Matheson Information technology Limted.Cheque Bounce & Non-Payment of Fixed Deposit Principal and it’s Intrest Amount.
I am SHYAM.SHEWARAM.LAKHANI from Ahmedabad, Gujarat, I issued two Cheques No :032400 amounting Rs.One Lakh & another Cheque No: 032401 amounting Rs.12, 680/- each drawn on HDFC Bank, and both the cheques, respectively were returned with the reason giving insufficient funds and bank has also charged a fine of Rs. 200/- for cheque return charges.I deposited both the cheques in my Bank of India, Ahmedabad.Gujarat.
The two Cheques were deposited dated 07/03/2015 and both the cheques are bounced, and on 11/03/2015 there was a call from my bank to collect the Bounced Cheques, without giving a reason of insufficient funds.Therefore, the company M/s. Refer to my letter dated 12th March, 2015 in which I had given you the time limit of 15 days, to resolve this issue.
