In a month more than 10 days there is internet disconnection and remaining days poor internet.
Very rude customer service.

    Paid for data top-up.my money has been deducted but didn't receive data.
    Moreover they never respond to emails and never lift calls.

        They have taken year plan money but the network is poor and their customer care is not working properly...and wifi is not working from 2 days...they are not even trying to solve the problem

          From today morning im not able use my internet now it has been 730pm but i got no damn response or clarity from the operators. Morning 10am i have called the technician, he said he will come but he switched off his mobile and no response after i gave complain to the customer care.. I know its locldown time but company need to serve till 6pm atleast from mornining we are not able to use Internet but you guys always need bill payment on time but you never work for customer satisfaction. I really sry but youre service is worst than other... Hope you recover youre potential

            Dear concern,

            I have paid my bill through unpaid invoices as per discussion with your executive he will come and collect the amount but somehow he was not able to come due to the situation now with out intimation my internet got suspended i paid bill and it was debited through my account but still it showing in unpaid bills and my connection was in suspended. And also your executives even don;t know how to answer the customer. This is how your employees are working. And i need an immediate action on this take this as high priority.

            All of a sudden my internet got suspended in the middle of work and there is no one available to answer call after 9pm to to till 9am.

              After few days of installation of new connection the internet connections issues arises frequently, and now the connection issue takes whole the day or two days, I register many complaints personally on its site after login and even call coustomer care multiple times they said wait for I hour. Waited for another hour.. Called and then i was told that there is some wiring issue in that area and it will be resolved today... NOT YET RESOLVED... The customer care executives are worst people..dont even care what we are talking and just disconnects the calls while we are talking... Why the hell am I continuing with this connection. The hell with this connection and service.. No more patience to handle this. Everytime its affecting my work.. Better I go with other Internet provider..

                After every 3-4 days, internet supply is getting disconnect for 1 day. I have complained to customer care number of time, no one is taking proper response. Every time they all have same answer sorry for this sir, we are looking into this.

                Suggesting everyone if you want internet on regular basis/working purpose, don't go with this service. It will badly affect.

                  I have approached the hireach broad band for new coonection on 5th october 2019. An agent came to my house within 2 hours and took the money (Rs.5900) for new connection on the same day.

                  Later, he stop picking my calls. It's been more than a month. But not received the connection.

                  As they failed to provide the connection i would like to take my money back.

                    I am a user of this pathetic internet service provider called hi reach broad band.
                    The internet facility is not working from two days. Even after complaining several times to costumer care about the problem, the technician neither called nor turned up. The costumer care employees are like "bhagwan pe bharosa rakho" type. They just says we will inform the technician. I recommend not to go for this pathetic internet provider.

                      Below are the details of the issue.

                      Issue : unable to access wifi

                      Issue discussions till date
                      1. I have not renewed the account for almost past 1 year.
                      Because o[censored]rgent requirement, i have called customer care of hireach and inquired about the connectivity time after renewal.
                      As informed by the executive, connectivity would be established and wifi would be accessible as and when renewal fee was paid.
                      Basing on her confirmation, i have renewed the account on october 13, 2019 at 10.30 pm. However i am unable to access the wifi

                      2. On october 14, 2019, i have lodged a compliant with customer care of hireach at 10.36 am and as informed by the executive the eta for resolution was 3 hours.
                      I have been continuously following them up for the resolution, however even after facing many rude conversations my issue was not even addressed.
                      After a strict warning of lodging a compliant with consumer court, i have got the contact number of mr. Asif (The area manager) at 3pm around, who disconnected the call amidst the conversation and was not reachable from then.
                      At around 5.30 pm, i got a information from hireach saying, the connection cannot be established as there was an issue with the our apartment association.

                      3. From then, till date discussions were going on and person came to our apartment to speak with the association member and the issue is still open.

                      4. I have personally spoke to the apartment association member and we were agreed upon to give the current connection required by hireach to set up the box from my home personally.

                      5. Even, this was not done till date. Every time i call the hireach personnel, he would just disconnect the call saying he would respond in half an hour or so and days are passing.

                      I am working from home and it is a great hindrance to my work.
                      Please address the issue and resolve this at the earliest.

                        From past 1 month I'm frequently having issues with internet connection. I had tocall customer service multiple times and the technical doesn't even turn up or call. The customer care executive lady is so rude that she dont even listen to me and keep on repeating the same thing that wait for 1 hour, wait for 1 hour..like a recorder she keeps repeating and then disconnects the call. This is how the customer care executive behaves with the customer. First of all replace ur customer care executives. If they do not know to speak hindi or english they simply disconnect the call..dont even listen to customer problem and speck very rudely as if they are doing some favor to us sitting over there.

                        The main purpose for me to take the internet connection is for office work. This has been interrupting my office work

                        After multiple calls i got the technician number.. He said he is sending the guy.. Then waited for 1 hiur.. Called again and was told that he is near to my place and will come shortly.. Waited for another hour.. Called and then i was told that there is some wiring issue in that area and it will be resolved today... NOT YET RESOLVED... The customer care executives are worst people..dont even care what we are talking and just disconnects the calls while we are talking... Why the hell am I continuing with this connection. The hell with this connection and service.. No more patience to handle this. Everytime its affecting my work.. Better I go with other Internet provider..
                        Facing problem regularly and daily for internet connection so plz I want to quit my connection.Inspite of complaint for same issue many tyms iam facing same problems so I want to quit my connection and I want total refund.

                          Hi,

                          I am staying in sirinallenagar colony, attapur and facing freequent disconnection of internet daily between 2pm to 5 pm and no customer support cares and responds

                          This is happening daily and recently i have registered a complaint in their app but later i found they dont care about complaints registered in apps and again i called their customer service to explain about the issue and they are really respectless people abd they dont give respect to the people explaining about their issues. This has to be taken care of their management.

                            Am facing a internet issue from 3 days (5 aug 2019), tried reaching multiple times to customer care, they just say issue will get resolve in 1 hour or by end of the day or i wll receive a call back from technician. But no resolution was provided yet. It's a 3rd day today, till now no resolution provided. Sent mail to [protected]@hireachbroadband.com and [protected]@hireachbroadband.com but no repli from them yet.

                              Hello team, i have raised n number of tickets on my issue. But no one is taking care & simply they are closing the tickets & company will charge the amount correctly and if we dint pay the bill by 2 nd of every month they will disconnect the connection but they wont bother about the customer issues. With in a month we have to contact to the customer care for more than 15 times. Complain num: 2285308 & 2285655. If we try to reach out the technical engineer they wont respond to our calls & suddenly we will get a call from the executive and they will ask us have you payed in which mode you have payed the bill. It amazing are these people running the company or tea stall they even dont know in which mode they have received the amount from the customer..

                                Hi, i have got hireach internet connection (3 months package) 7 days back in sun city, bandlaguda area. I am getting frequent router disconnections. First, one representative came and said that ip is not releasing from my tp-link router and i have to upgrade my router's firmware. I did what he told and it started working. But again after 2 days i got the same issue and now they are saying i have to change my router.

                                I had used this router for act fibernet internet for 2 years and didn't face any problem. But hireach guys are saying i have to change my router. Even their customer service is also worst. They closed my complaints without any proper resolution. So please take necessary action on them and help me in getting my money.

                                    improper connection to wifi

                                    We have complained to your service providers, from around one month there is no reply we are unable to connect to our wifi network. We have complained to hyderabad service center also, but there is no reply.
                                    We are tired of this at least refund our money back.
                                    We have the whole complaint details, if you do not take any action we will go to consumer court.

                                    Sir,
                                    I had requested the customer care executives to shift my Broadband connection since one week. But nobody has responded in time. And came to me after 3 days and asked me about shifting charges of Rs. 1416/- and the same has been paid to one of your executive who has promised me that the shifing will be done in one day only. But nothing has happened. When we requested the customer care they told that today the shifting will be taken once at any cost. Again nobody taken the issue seriously.
                                    In this regard, I request the kind authority to cancel my broadband connection and refund my payment as early as possible.

                                      I paramesh, i paid the money 21/06/2019, 4250/-, target date (Connection) 23/06/2019. But didnt give the connection yet. They or not lift the phones, i called customer service, they also forward to one hour and hour. Finnalky no progress.. I contacted anthor network, they told give me two hours i will fix the connection. Of course you have lot of connections, but you didn't complete the target dates. Why i can choose this. Its very foolish decision to my side.
