I have been given the 599/- offer for HT subscription and I booked the same on[protected] and for that offer I have handed over an amount of Rs 599/- Dated[protected] drawn on Indian Overseas Bank, Kalyan (W) branch which are debited on my Account, my (IC No.[protected] but still i m not recived any coupens by yours side. The executive, whom I have been trying to contact on costumer care but not able give any reply. After that I was send 'Cash return' request last 8 months (Jully'13, Nov'13, Dec'13). Your C.C. Executive only say, after 48 hrs you getting your cheque. My question is how many 48 hrs going now last Jully'13 to till date. Pls reply early as possible.
