[Resolved] Hitachi Home & Life Solutions India [Hhli] — 1.5 Ton Split AC | |||
I bought new Hitachi 1.5 TON Split AC from Vijay Sales, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad on Sunday, 18th June 2017. The AC was installed on Thursday 22nd June, 2017. Just 2 days after installation, AC started giving loud NOISE in the outside Unit. A complaint was lodged on Sunday 25th June vide SR No.: [protected]. After repeated reminder technician came for repair on wednesday, 28th June at 2:30pm. He inspected the AC but had no clue on why Noise is coming. Finally he made excuse that he is not carrying all his instruments and other parts so he will again come tomorrow. I'm very sure he will not come tomorrow. This is really the worst After Sales service and poor product quality from a company like Hitachi. Was this information helpful? | |||
