Hitachi Home & Life Solutions India [Hhli] — cancelled order, money not refunded even after 12 days

Order cancelled more than 10 days ago but money not refunded, no response from any of the email or phone numbers mentioned on website.

I have been daily following up by email, that's only option left. But it looks like deliberately now email are not responded. They are not even responding to confirm if refund has initiated/delayed, etc.

I will wait for 3-4 days more else i think only option to pursue is police complaint of a fraud.
