[Resolved] Hitachi Home & Life Solutions India [Hhli] — refrigerator breakdown : no response from cc after several calls | |||||
I would like to share my complaint regarding the refrigerator, i bought 4 years back (Dated 15.10.2013) from noida r-zg400end1 (Gbk), capacity 382. All of a sudden on 05.09.2017, refrigerator stopped working and we called customer care number[protected] to register the complaint. On 07.09.2017 service engineer (Namely abhimaynu verma) visited our residence and took some part of the refrigerator for repair. Registered complaint number based on the invoice of amount inr 2700 is[protected]Attaching the invoice). Service engineer gave the guarantee of 3 months while only after 2 weeks i. E. On 24.09.2017 we faced another breakdown and since then refrigerator is out o[censored]se. We tried calling the same customer care and executive name pooja confirmed that same service engineer abhimaynu is going to visit us next day while until today no one came. I tried calling the same customer care number today and executive asked me for all the details and asked me to call back in 10 minutes and after several attempts i have no luck in reaching out to anyone. It seems intentionally my call is being avoided. This is totally unacceptable and must be fixed right away.in this season of summer, it sounds impossible to live without a refrigerator for few hours while due to bad service and irresponsible behavior of the support team, we are standing on 4th day without any resolution.
