We have paid Rs.3182. on 22nd march2017 for Comprehensive AMC service of our Spilt AC installed at our house A-1/12, rana Pratap bagh, DELHI-110007.
We have lodged a service rtequest atleast five times but no one has vsiited so far.
Please arrange to send tecnician to provide amce services or refund our money.

I had purchased new AC on 2nd April'17 from Vijay Sales and since then I have been calling customer care for installation but there is no response. Service and support seems to be very poor as even after calling on their toll free number, no complaint has been registered.
